"The location is great for what we needed- a quiet place but with the convenience of a grocery store just in front of the hotel and restaurant options nearby; and also close enough to walk to the bustling city center of the Shibuya Crossing Scramble. Since we stayed over the new year holiday, many restaurants were closed during that period, so the staff worked hard to find a restaurant that met our preferences and helped make reservations for us at the last minute. Overall great service!"

"The location is really quite nice. It’s close to a large mall/train station. There are some interesting anime shops, and electronic stores on the street. There is an animal café a few doors over. If you walk north, you can get to Dotonbori easily. The hotel lobby itself is on a busy street. However, the actual rooms are at the back on an alley. Things are there for very quiet. You get the best of both worlds. Overall, I would stay there again without hesitation. "

"Great hotel in the heart of Namba, within 50 meters of Koromon market and plenty of trditional small restaurants. Multiple train stations and Subway close by. The hotel is clean with good sized rooms and friendly helpful staff, the breakfast is a mix of Japanese and Western cuisine ."

"Spacious room with three bunk beds and a living room, but small bathroom with weird sink controls. Room is worn down with some stains and scuffs. Windows are frosted and dirty so best to leave the blinds down which makes the room darker. But location is great next to Namba and Kuromon Market. Breakfast is good but doesn’t change daily and you have to commit to the style of food and time slot in advance. "
