Well let's just say don't believe the pictures they have online! I booked my room over a week out. What they said I was going to get was far from we ended up stuck with. It said we where supposed to get a room with a kitchenette, but when we arrived and seen the room it was the size of a shoe box. With no kitchenette,just a 3/4 fridge with a microwave on top that was it, no sink no cabinets no stove like was in the description and pictures. We had 3 adults and you literally could not hardly stand up and walk without bumping into one another and constantly getting in each other's way. The bathroom was barely big enough to stand up and turn around in, the same with the shower. Oh and good luck sitting on the toilet straight bc it was impossible. Like I said I booked over a week out you would think they could have planned to give us the room that was promised in the pictures and descriptions. I had to apologize to the people who also gave their hard earned money to stay there bc it made me look like a liar, which made me even angrier. I know what I booked and paid for. But also when we realized we had been duped I politely asked one of the lady's that was their to clean who do I need to talk to about this. She replied idk I just work here. Nobody was there in any type of office bc there was none. So your kind of trapped with what you get. That's very unprofessional if you ask me. Or maybe it's by design bc I have the feeling I'm not the only one who has had to deal with this
