The staff is always warm and welcoming, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better. The breakfast is excellent, fresh, tasty, and with a great variety each morning. It’s one of the things I always look forward to. The atmosphere is calm and inviting, and every detail is well taken care of. I truly feel at home every time I stay here. "I like to commemorate the staff at the gym. Mr Steven is very helpful and friendly, he not only kept the gym area clean but also constantly going around sauna area to make sure the place is clean and tidy. Another staff that o like to commemorate is Mr Daniel from the concierge. He helps us to check on location that we want to go and go the extra miles to tell the taxi driver where to drop us as my old age mum is together with us. Really enjoy the stay in Renaissance Shanghai Putuo Hotel. Thanks for giving us a pleasant stay. Cheers😀"
