"I had booked 3 family suites and 1 standard room. The 3 family rooms I first received didn’t match the description/pictures shown on hotels.com & the AC’s didn’t cool for all 3 “FAMILY SUITES”. As per hotel management, as long as there is air coming out of the AC, it is working. After a long waste of my nights sleep and a long discussion with the hotels receptionist as well as hotel.com’s online chat service I was able to get assurance that it will be solved in the morning. "The resort in itself is amazing and really huge. The only problem is with transportation if you wish to explore outside the resort. The reception would book you a yellow cab if you need which is ok. But the taxi guys charge you what they want and they only accept cash. And if you are looking to book an Uber none of them would accept since there seems to be a lobby for all taxis and they won't accept any Uber requests from this area."

"Amazing food and desserts, great hospitability. Room was clean, pool was cool and clean. Indoor pool was a bit smaller than we expected but it was quite nice. Highlight of the trip was definitely the food. Kudos to the cooking and service crew. Wine quality could be a bit better, that is the only negative!"
