Thank you for staying at REF Kumamoto by Vessel Hotels.We have an amenity corner next to the front desk on the 2nd floor. We have a wide selection of amenities. Please feel free to use them free of charge for our guests.Our hotel is located in the city center of Kumamoto, making it easy to shop and dine in the city. We are also close to the bus terminal and tram station, making it easy to get around. It is only a 10-15 minute walk to Kumamoto Castle, which is perfect for a stroll.In line with our commitment to SDGs, we basically do not clean the rooms of guests staying for consecutive nights. If necessary, we can clean the rooms free of charge. If no cleaning is required, we will put fresh towels and mineral water on the doorknob around 10:00 in the morning (the mineral water is a bonus when no cleaning is required). At that time, please put your used towels and accumulated garbage outside the door and we will collect them.We look forward to serving you again.

この度はレフ熊本byベッセルホテルズにご宿泊いただき誠にありがとうございます。女性用サウナのご利用につきまして、ご迷惑をおかけしまして大変申し訳ございませんでした。また、当日お問い合わせいただいた際には充分なご説明ができずにご不快な思いをさせてしまったことを重ねてお詫び申し上げます。当日は他のお客様から女性用サウナの温度が低いとのお声があり、詳しい原因を調査中でございました。その際、一時的に故障中として使用を制限させていただいており、ご滞在中のお客様にはご案内が出来ていなかったというのは事実でございます。現在までに、サウナ内の温度センサーに不具合があり誤作動を起こしていることが分かっており、修理のため至急業者を手配いたしました。この度はご利用を楽しみにしてくださっているお客様方への配慮が行き届いておらず、大変申し訳ございませんでした。お湯に関しましては、仰るとおり、当館の大浴場のお湯は天然温泉ではございません。かけ流しではございませんが、お湯の循環は定期的に行われておりますのでご安心くださいませ。サウナは男性用がドライサウナと水風呂、女性用がミストサウナ(水風呂なし)でございます。入れ替え制ではなく固定制となり、現時点では今後も変更の予定はございませんので何卒ご了承賜りますようお願い申し上げます。この度は貴重なご指摘とご意見を賜り感謝申し上げます。大変恐縮で勝手なお願いではございますが、今後とも当ホテル並びにベッセルホテルグループをご愛顧いただければ幸いでございます。
