A perfect hotel for business trip
This hotel is recommended for those who are in business trip and not for leisure. Overall I’m satisfied with the room and will come again for next trip.

Tottally disappointing.
This hotel looks like a bussiness class hotel with the pictures and the price. But unfortunately, when i checked in, this hotel feels like a budget hotel with no shower water heater, no refrigerator, the room is small and the beds feel and look a very budget hotel. I totally disappointed on this hotel with the price and advertising. If the price is same as budget hotel i will not complaint on this.

Overall was good. Small room for a very basic need. Acceptable cleanliness & had comfortable sleep despite that very bad pillow. Found stain mark on the towel which i never used. Perhaps, housekeeping should dispose that kinda towels.

Good aircon, comfortable bed, clean towels, room well lit, good WiFi and clear TV reception. Not much food near by is my only complain.

Poor service in terms of welcoming guests. Receptionist was not trained to be a frontliner. Mineral water was not provided for following day although room was booked for 3 consecutive days. Iron facility in only available at the lobby and it looked awkward for guests to do their ironing in front of other guests. NOT recommended to stay for more than 1 night unless management upgrades their services.

Great for a budget hotel
Stayed here for one night before heading to Merang Jetty on the following day. For your information, the ferries in Merang Jetty could take you to Lang Tengah, Redang Island and Pulau Perhentian. Distance from the hotel to Merang Jetty was approx. 30 mins. Pros Check-in was prompt Staff was friendly Room was clean and comfortable albeit it being small Good air-conditioning It's less than 5 minutes walking distance to Giant supermarket. Cons There's nothing much I can't fault this hotel. The only thing I could point out was the corridor area. It felt pretty humid.

Value for money, modern looking room
Stayed in a standard room no window for one night. Room is quite small, limited space to pray. Cleanliness top class and love the design of the room, very modern. The bathroom used a semi transparent sliding door. And have to walk down the lobby to request for iron as there is no telephone inside the room

New and affordable hotel
Overall is okay since the hotel itself is new. The downside are the hard pillows, probably cheapest pillows they could get from the store and the shower did not have any separation causes the floor wet.
