As it is my first stay, i am very recommended for this stay. Very comfy and silences. Rather than the hotel i've staying before, the surrounding is middle of the city. Get easiest to go anyway by taking public transport (bus,grab) also KTM. Also have night market "Downtown" for you who sleep late-night to hangout with. Nearest The Mines Mall, Cinema and other entertainment activities. Good and friendly staff as well. Very Very and Very recommended !!! Giving u guys 5 Star.

16 rooms we order, i receive complain that some room have cockroach, the rooms is not enough clean when hangover to us, towel and blanket still have some blood or dirty on it. the room is ok for budget but the cleanliness is low.

Essentially 2 beds and a bathroom. Wifi was weak. Corridor noises easily heard in the room. Had a cockroach in the room during one of my nights' stay. Cleanliness still acceptable for a budget hotel.

Close to mall and food

My purpose of travel was attending my graduation ceremony and I had a 4 days 3 nights stay at this hotel. The stay was ok. It's a BUDGET hotel after all so you cannot expect too much out of it. But the good things are: 1. The mall is in walking distance. 2. The nasi lemak at the mualana is really good. ( plus there's many food stores around that area.) tips? : it's better to pick the room with window.

hotel in a dirty surrounding

1. The counter service gentleman and ladies never smile! 2. I was not given breakfast coupons for the two days. During the check out, I discovered that the other occupants had their coupons to a nearby restaurant. When I asked the counter lady why I was not given the coupons, she blamed me for not asking for the coupons. 3. I hope that I will be given the compensation for that. 4. The room has no window, and is very crammed.

The air con is not working. My room is windowless so only depend on a fan, coz us sweating in the middle of the night. As I booked for 2 nights stay, the housekeeping staff knocked on our door on the second day afternoon to ask us check out.I think there was a miscommunication between front desk staff and housekeeping staff or receiption staff has given wrong information? Sigh..please improve. Thank you.

There's problem with water supply in our room, we called for service and we just go out to walk around. At night when we want to take our shower, we realised that they didn't fix the water problem and yet they blame us cause we didn't stay in room to wait for the service.

I love it. I would choose sun inns d'mind my home away from home. I will recommend it to my colleague. Pleasant stay and comfort services are it main ingredient to be the best budget hotel in Malaysia.

Good LOCATION but Super Dirty

I checked in hotel late evening, however i have informed the hotel early about my late check in. But, the Room is super dirty especially the bed sheet and the towel. The room seem like not use by long times, the grey colour bed sheet, the towers had the yellow colour spots. There had some noise from the road side in the middle of night, cause by the vehicle, where people came for supper at the restaurant24hr nearby. the safety is worse, there have security for the main door to the hotel room, BUT the staircase door is open and accessible for public. i witness some outsider or visitor just access the room through the staircase without any key or access card. If you really just concern about location and no other better choice, then you could only consider this particular hotel. The location is nice, 24 restaurant, mini mart, and near to the Mines Shopping Malls, as well as Komuter Train station.
