All is well, except for the parking. The parking was really damn hard to find. And very confusing.

Agak susah mencari tempat untuk mengambil kunci. Rumah bersih dan selesa, cuma kawasan agak bising pada waktu malam (bunyi security guard tiup wisel, bunyi orang menjerit dari I-city)

Sangat selesa. Barang keperluan dalam rumah lengkap. Cuma guideline untuk pengambilan kunci & parking ke blok sangat mengelirukan, perlu dipertingkatkan lagi petunjuk arah blok-blok tersebut

Poor check-in arrangement. No front-desk and never pick up the call. Tripfort should highlight the check-in time (before 3pm), no front-desk and no after-hour service during the booking. But they just provided a fine print about these limitations in the confirmation letter. As such I missed the check in time and spent almost two hours trying to contact them but no one pick up the call. As a service apartment, I believe 1 star hotel may be even better than this one. If possible, I would like to request for a refund.
