The hotel is still within reachable distance from KLCC. Everything was good except two things which i do not like. You can hear train sound every now and then. The breakfast was having very limited option and lacks taste. Only apple and oranges in fruits option.

although the mall annexed is empty the hotel is busy. there are now some eateries around. so its convenient to get in and out.

Nightmare
Stayed 3 nights only because I had to because of event location next door at Help College, otherwise I would have run off after the first night. 1. Hotel lights were extremely dim everywhere. Inadequate lighting especially in the room 2. The bed was itchy and I had to deal with a bite on my face after the first night. 3. The toilet was disgustingly filthy. The bidet spray was rusty and dirty, so every time I had to use it, i was afraid of getting an infection. The shower stall wall was filthy. Housekeeping is an issue here. 4. The gym is located in a tiny room with very little ventilation as there is no window and feels claustrophobic. Equipment was basic. Staff fixed the lights and thread mill machine when I asked if it’s usable. The hotel must thank their staff as they had an amazing smile always and are always there to assist you. I would ask for a full refund if I could as I have stayed in Ibis brand hotels around the world and this is clearly not reflective of the brand.

Nice room for the price.
My second stay at this hotel, same impression as my first stay as the reception is not very professional and they seem inexperienced. I still like the room where it is large and the breakfast is decent for its price but the cleanliness can be improved. Not recommended for those who need to drive in and out the hotel as there isn’t any free parking available.

Value for money hotel close to metro station.
very good buffet breakfast and service from reception and maintenance was excellent ( we changed rooms some things not working.) Area close to food restaurants. Metro was very easy 5 minutes walk and about 20 minutes to center of town on the train. Rooms could have been cleaner.

It is good hotel. But i think management should educate and put chinese wording in the lift. The tourists used squeeze in the lift and caused the lift couldn't move. And, the front desk staff shouldn't requested deposits receipt when check out. After presented receipt should give it back to us.

Rooms are decent sized, clean and well appointed. Doesn't feel budget even though prices are reasonable. Breakfast is lackluster at best. Love the flat rate secured indoor parking. Connected to MRT/LRT if you're not driving. Area is pretty dodgy at night.

Good as a budget hotel
Everything was okay, except for 3 things: 1. The shower head was broken. 2. The coffee cups were disgustingly dirty. Most probably they just rinse it without using soap and sponge. 3. The cleaner knocked on the door 2 times (at 9am and 11am) just to ask when we will be leaving. Check-out time was 12pm. They should wait until after that time before they come knocking and disturbing guests. Over-all I rate it 3 out of 5.

Worst Frint desk staff experience
It coukd have been good if nit because of a Certain Khanur who is the front Desk staff or receptionist who assisted us on our check on oir stay Back cominh from Singapore... i have never experiince such a poor and inefficient service in my entire travels. He is the most rude, arrogant and disrespectful front desk attendant I have meet in my entrire travels. I Ask the Management of IBIS Fraser KL. As An Accor member also I plead to check on his attitude and He treats clients who infact pre paid thier stay and expecting to be treated well! I coukd have rated this hotel still 4 star as it is accesable, still clean and affordable chain of hotel. Infact its my 4th time of staying here everytime I visit KL.. But because of the poor service from the one of the staff, I am niw thinkng of not visiting the Hotel again!

This is about my stay on 21/11/2017
Sorry for the late review. As i felt very dissapointed and its useless for me to write another review because i see no improvement from my previous stays. This hotel is one of my option for quick check in and easy access. HOWEVER, fridge always not functioning and smelly. floor is dirty with stain (not properly mopped). shower head loose ( cant be in fix position ). Blood stain on pillow case. Broken wall mounting plug socket. Very noisy and loud from foreigner guest after midnight.

New refrigerator, previous stay was unhappy with the broken mini fridge and room plug. Please fix the plug socket as its just about time before it fall out completely. Cleanliness can still be improve. Perfume stain from previous guest are still on the blanket. Floor was sandy. Sink is clogged.

Good location, paid parking
Good location, rooms are neat even though not very spacious. Breakfast is ok, but was very crowded when I stayed there. Paid parking is available at the basement for a charge of MYR 6.5. You need to pay and get the coupon from the reception at checkout. Otherwise, the charges are higher when you exit from the parking

I leave a remark to the hotel that my bf is expecting his birthday and we came into the room with balloons and very nicely and simple decorated bed. We both were so amused we had a balloon fight. Memorable stay :) Room was cosy. Were told that will have city view but all i get was the back view. So i missed out all fireworks view that new year night. Room, shower head too high, shower head was broken n dripping. Spotted n smacked dead two junior cockroaches. Hair dryer was broken but fixed much later after 2 times reminder. I urgently needed it and he fixed it at 2.3am for me. Thanks.

OK for short stay, location a little isolated
No sound proofing, can hear next door room conversations. Limited breakfast choice options. Hotel popular with tour groups, which makes it difficult for others ... having to wait in queue for service. Location isolated. Staff do make an effort to make stay comfortable.
