Bad services hotel.com, when I make a payment to success the room, when I want to check in , hotel staff tell me we out cooperation with hotel.com, how can I want to refund my money

Very bad experience.
Reaching time check out, they direct cut off the electrical too chase people. Staff too lousy. The info difference people difference word. I have booking but arrival they don’t have booking said is my problem instead of them problem.
