Refurbishment needed

The bed was itchy throughout the night, couldn’t find bedbugs but was very weary. Arriving at the hotel and actually finding the reception was a challenge. It seems deserted at night. That said the staff are very friendly and helpful! A little bit of a refurbishment would be good on the hotel side of things.

Pro: breakfast was delicious. A lot of variety from typical nasi lemak>selection of pau/dimsum>cereals and coffee>breads>salad bar and noodle station. Staffs at restaurant were courteous and helpful. Staff at check out was ok. Cons: the room & toilet is on the smaller size. Pool was nice but the water quite cold. Staff during check in was not so welcoming for a receptionist.

No tooth brush in the rooms, call the counter to get one, but wait for half an hour with no one send it up, need to call again and wait for another 10 mins. to get a tooth brush.

Nice hotel

Nearby to UMMC. Nice building. Newish. Hotel on 6th floor not ground floor. So request for taxi but must quickly go to 1st floor. Wi-Fi good. Lunch got special half price promotion.

I chose this hotel because I was attending an event nearby. The hotel’s lobby is on the 6th floor. 1-5th floors are for meeting rooms. Above 7th is all hotel room. There’s gym n swimming pool on top floor. There are restaurants on the ground floor and Jaya shopping mall across the street. But other than that, I don’t know if there’s anything to do in PJ area. Room is quite nice and quiet. The confusing thing was they kept replacing towels even though I didn’t put my towel on the floor (in effort to reduce waste/water). The soap in the bathroom was replaced daily which I also thought unnecessary since I was staying for few days. But other than that, everything else was good.

Friendly staff

The hotel staffs are friendly & helpful, room is clean & believe it's refurbished. I have no complainted on the facility. The room is without carpets which is suitable for sensitive nose. Except the carpets at lift, immediate sneeze after step into lifts.

The staffs are very helpful. I am a breastfeed mum and need to express myself 5 times a day. They let me to use their freezer and support in all areas.
