"Great stay with a few tweaks Excellent location and very clean rooms. Staff were helpful, supportive, and respectful throughout. Breakfast had good variety and the team serving was kind, but the dining area felt a bit like a dungeon – adding some greenery and flowers would make the presentation much more appealing. The pool area is nice, but more tall trees for privacy would help since you can see into a nearby building. Also, the corridor AC was extremely cold – 17°C coming in from 33°C outside was a bit much; 20°C would be more comfortable. Overall, a very nice stay."

"MO will never let you down. Start from we step out from car, staff were very helpful. Front desk staff were efficient and we got our room before the official check in time. Late check granted till 2pm. Room is specious , clean and pillow menu was outstanding. We spent 4 nights. View from room was superb, beautiful and best part hotel is connected to KLCC shopping Center."

"Great location. We stayed on two separate occasions here, within a period of a week. They stored our luggage so we could do a side trip. We did have an issue with the 2nd room, the shower wasn't working and the lovely lady at the front desk moved us to a different room, with no issues at all. The pool/restaurant staff on level 69 are so professional. We loved both the pools. Great suites and very convenient to KLCC, with great views of the twin towers from the pool."

"Love this place! Convenient to grab to TRX and restaurants nearby! Apartment is sparkling clean, tv in each room. Nice bedding and five star service from the staff. Swimming pool opens till 11pm and my kids could swim after dinner! Breakfast was perfect and staff always greeted us with smiles."

"We had a pleasant stay at EQ Kuala Lumpur. The confirmed cake, rose and card were not ready when we entered the room, but the team responded promptly and arranged them shortly after. The valet team was efficient, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. We did not opt for breakfast. Overall, an enjoyable stay with courteous service."
