We love the hotel’s Art Deco/contemporary luxury design, making it a truly unique and beautiful property. A lot of thought goes into every aspect from the impressive reception lobby to the luxurious bed linen. The welcome tea hosted on the Executive Floor lounge is a nice and hospitable gesture (well done)! Don’t miss going up to the rooftop garden. The views are amazing! The staff are helpful and friendly. Special mention of the Concierge Mr Amin who has a cheerful smile for everyone. The...

Clean room, staff are friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my stay

Fabulous small boutique hotel in a quiet and safe street, and easily accessible to old town and new town. Debbie and her team are so hospitable. There are 2 buildings directly opposite each other. Our 2 night stay was in a Suite and the room was beautiful. Absolutely spic and span and well designed, plenty of room. The breakfast is great. Choice of western or asian style, with help yourself area as well, and it is all very fresh and delicious. A wonderful stay.

This hotel was perfect for us as we just wanted somewhere to sleep between our trip from Penang to Malecca. Room was small, clean, comfortable, well priced and close to the bus terminal. Food places just across the road in shopping mall, with both Kentucky Fried and McDonalds less the 5 mins walk away. Nothing much to do around if you do not have your own transport. Less then 10 minutes walk to bus terminal, very convenient.

Great location and definitely worth the cost. The apt views were breathtaking. Clean and very spacious. Very secure and check in process was very smooth. I would recommend staying more than 2 nights to full enjoy the amenities and water park.

Dass the receptionist was very helpful with an early check in!

Stayed 2 nights at this amazing retreat in Ipoh with my wife, in an overwater villa. The meditation cave and steam cave helped to ease away tension but we found the hotspring dipping pools were absolutely the best for relaxation, particularly the private spa in our villa. Jeff's cellar was a revelation - how do I get one! The staff were great, very attentive and knowledgeable about all aspects of the retreat. Meals at Pomelo are beautifully presented and delicious so well done to the chefs and...

Shower need to be cleaner, mould wall. Staff was not too bad. Amenities was lacking as in cafe been shut for some time n hotel needs some upgrades.

The property is awesome and the pool and facilities are fantastic. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed but we found the set up a little different with the sink at the end of hallway. It is shown in the photos but just felt a bit peculiar in real life, can’t really explain why! E loved the rest of the apartment though and the beds are super comfy.

Facilities: Above average; Value: Great deal; Service: Good; Cleanliness: Beautiful; nil

The most beautiful stay - superb staff and amenities. The food is also spectacular. Can't wait to go back!

Good to stay, comfortable and i did enjoy myself. Only one advice for HSK, please wipe off the dust on the cable and desk surface if possible. Apart from that, overall are awesome. Thank you for all the staff.

Great service

The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. The self service laundry was great!

Excellent property to spend time with family
