A small resort in a big golf course. The curtain was not too good as it does not block the sunshine in the morning. Other than that, everything else is good.

Die Unterkunft hat die Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Im Gang roch es nach Abfall, im Hotel gym konnten nicht alle Geräte verwendet werden. Im Zimmer waren die Kopfkissen nicht Sauber. Man hat sich insgesamt nicht wohl gefühlt und für den Preis erwarte ich etwas besseres

Better than expected

Planned a trip with friends. Had a little hiccup during registration where my friend didn’t have enough cash for the deposit but they were kind enough to accept however much she had. And on review when I checked out, I found out that they had actually upgraded our booking to a Villa. Loved the ambience. Comfortable beds. Nice cool indoors. Will certainly love to visit again

Staff was very helpful and friendly especially Harris who attended to us when we checked in. He even escorted us to the villa to show us the amenities. Zane at the grocers who served us beast with a smile even though she was alone manning the cafe. View from bfast terrace was soothing and relaxing. But the toilets lacked hooks for hanging clothes, had no shower spray but only the attached to the ceiling shower.

Golf resort stay

The area and villas are great, brand new, clean and meeting international standards. Located right next to the golf course. The Dome restaurant which is both a clubhouse and evening restaurant is awesome - we did not find a single food which would not have satisfied us. Highly recommend Meru Valley & the suites for a golf resort stay. The only minus I would give from the fact that they do not allow you to drive the golf buggy to the villas nearby but you have to walk - even if you are just picking up something - which really does not make any sense as the entire area of is fenced off anyway..

Quality of staff services was excellent. Cleaniness of room / hotel up to our expectation. We booked 2 rooms standard suite...the room is large and very clean, the beds is comfort, only the pillows is not that soft. Highly recommended for family vocation.

Danny's Night in Meru Suites

The check in was handled by a Mr. Lee that really provides you with a VIP experience. Check in was fast and he brings you to your room to explain how the key access cards works. Upon entering the room, Jazz music welcomes you to the suite. Suite is clean but rooms are a tad bit small. Not much space for you to move about in the room. Plus point is there is free access to the washing machines and dryers. So if you have clothes that requires washing to continue your holiday, this is a very big plus for you. Ipoh town where the good food are.... its about 15 minutes drive. Not recommended if you do not have your own car to move about. There is the clubhouse access for food if you do not feel like driving out. Club house facilities includes swimming pool, free bicycles and sauna access. All these are working at time of visit.
