"Overall, the room was clean and comfortable. However, the bathroom sink would not drain. We were offered to move rooms or wait for maintenance to come in the morning. They fixed it first thing in the morning. The tub faucet dripped. We just lived with that. The bed was comfortable. The door we entered the building through is in extremely bad shape and needs replaced immediately. The common hallways need cleaned and maintained. There was a coffee bar that we used each morning. That was very nice. Wildlife bonus, the elk walked through the parking lot in the morning."

"The location and the view out of the cabin is amazing! the cabin is situated at higher elevation than neighbors and have broad view of the mountain, and the valley, and lake estes. during our stay, several groups of elks were at the near by lake and we were able to get a close view, even better than in the national park. Short drive to the Rocky mountain national park and cabin itself have a great feel and we were able to handle all daily chores with ease, and kitchen is fully stocked with just about everything we need. the Cabin was a great choice for our family trip and everyone was happy."

"We were very pleased from the start. Our first morning there was a group of elk that walked right in the back yard. We also saw deer, and turkey. My 85 year old mother just went on and on about the cabin. The cabin was cozy and comfortable. The host Linda was right there if we needed anything. We recommend this property to anyone looking at it. We don’t believe you will be disappointed. Thank you Linda for a nice stay."

"The house was in an amazing area. It was within a few miles of the big tourist attractions and superb for wildlife sightings. We woke up to elk and deer in the yard. The view of the mountains from the front porch was beautiful as well. The house overall was nice. I like that it was an open concept, had a hot tub, and a fenced in back yard. The beds were comfortable. The house was nicely stocked and was very clean. However, there was just a lot of unused space which made things feel a bit "off." The layout of the bedroom I stayed in was odd because the bed covered the heating vent. The shower head in the main bathroom was low (not ideal for tall people. I had to bend and I am 5'7".) If TV's are a must, the only bedroom with a TV was the master, aside from the living room. No need to bring any games for kiddos because this house had games galore which was nice to see! Check in was extremely easy. It was just a matter of waiting until check in time to receive a message with the key code to gain access to the house and that was given about 20 minutes before check in time for us. Check out was just as easy with 3 simple rules before leaving:1. Take trash out.2. Load and start the dishwasher.3. Put all used towels/washcloth in tub. The host was very responsive and fast at returning any messages. Overall, It was a pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again!"

"The picture windows in the house have amazing views of the mountains and sitting on the porch in the morning made the trip! The home was very clean. The king and queen rooms upstairs need new blinds. It does get very bright in the king room and it would help if the owner put in a new pull down shade. The kitchen has plenty of plates, mugs and utensils. We were able to see an enormous bull elk and herd in the front yard!! What an experience!"
