"Hotel is very nice and convenient for city. The swimming pool is in a strange set up involving climbing spiral staircase and a grotty cement set of stairs. Fridge in room didn’t work. Didn’t find out until next day when our food was spoilt Room clean. If you want breakfast book the night before as the price is much more expensive the next day. And this is a very expensive city"

"Lovely property with lots of surrounding shops and restaurants. Room was spotless clean with all basic amenities for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is the typical outstanding Norwegian buffet and a good value (I'll gladly visit the country again just for the breakfasts!) Hotel staff were friendly and attentive. All in all, a recommended property if you're staying in Oslo."

"Let's start with the positives. The staff vas helpfult and good. The breakfast was one of the best ones I have had in a hotel, but the deserts are just way to sweet, cut down on the sugar guys. The gym is very good and has everything you need for a nice exercise. The pool and sauna is nice but unfortunately very greedy and stupid to charge extra to use them. The hotel is already expensive and off location as it is, at least you should have the pool and sauna included in the price like every other hotel on planet earth, whats the point in visiting this hotel otherwise if you need to pay extra for almost everything except the room? Overall I would rate it a strong 3.5 because of the nice breakfast and staff."
