Stuck in the 90's

Terrible service at reception when arriving. Room was of a 1990 standard. The tyniest tv ever created with analog signal. No towels at room. Breakfast from 7 to 9, but all was cleaned away at 8:50

Evacuation central!

Unfortunately when we stayed there were floods in the local town and the older folks evacuated to the hotel. No fault of the hotel of course and they did let us cut short our stay with no issues. The decor is dated but with improvements it could be a great place.

Unique hotel, but the staff need to be more customer service orientated. When we checked we were handed the key and no words came out of the mouth of the person who checked us in, we didn't know where to go to find our room. When I asked he pointed to a hall. We were also accosted by another worker when we were outside enjoying a drink in the garden area, she was very rude at first telling us we couldn't drink alcohol we brought, we had to buy it there. We didn't know there was a "rule" about it. Her attitude change when we apologized for not knowing and also let her know what a horrible experience we were having at their hotel. I wouldn't recommend this place to foreigners.

Fællesdel på hotel i fin stand men familieværelser var ikke i nærheden af hvad der blev reklameret med på billederne. Værelset var slidt, seng til børnene så dårlig at de ikke kunne sove der, vinduet kunne ikke lukkes (i marts måned). Meget dårlig kvalitet af værelser. Venligt personale og god morgenbuffet.

Frukosten var bra, rummet slitet och även poolområdet kändes inte så städat och hade nog förväntat mig att poolen skulle vara varmare då det brukar vara det. Man förväntar sig att kunna ligga i poolen på utsidan och njuta av utepoolen. Det var alldeles för kallt för det.

Veldig koselig hotell! Maten var svært god:) servicen var veldig midt på treet i resepsjonen både ved innsjekk og utsjekk og når vi skulle kjøpe snacks i løpet av oppholdet var de utsolgt for halvparten av det de hadde i utstillingsvinduet. Det positivitet jeg vil trekke frem: rent, hyggelig housekeeping som hilser på deg i gangen og unik beliggenhet. Servicen i resepsjonen kan jobbes litt med:) ellers vil jeg anbefale hotellet videre , utrolig kul kunst utenfor og innenfor. Bassenget var kaldere enn forventet men fordelen blir igjen at det ikke blir mye folk der. Takk for oss!:)
