We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was perfect - definitely walkable to everywhere but also close to public transportation. The place was clean and cozy and everything was very comfortable. The hot water tank was a little small, but we found if we didn’t turn the water to full pressure, we had plenty to get us through the shower. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Excellent location minutes from main square and tram stop. There is a mini Carrefour a couple of mins away too which is 24 hrs. Apartment clean and comfortable but only has storage heaters which didn't give off much heat so room not particularly warm.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Lounge Apartments. We had a suite and a five-person room amongst our group, and everything was perfect. The place was clean and quiet and the beds were really comfortable. We had everything we needed and the description matched what we got. Piotr was helpful and communicative. He helped prepare me for what check in would look like as our flight was delayed and we were unsure when we would arrive. The front desk clerk was helpful upon check in and check out was a breeze! The hot water tanks were a little small, but we found if you don’t turn the water pressure all the way up, you shouldn’t have a problem! Overall, a great stay! And the location was perfectly walkable to public transport, the planty, and Old Town. We enjoyed the 30 minute walk to Kazimierz and 25 minute walk to the Castle. We would definitely consider staying again!

This property once upon a time may have been remarkable. It is a great location. HOWEVER, it sorely needs updating. On our last day it rained. The roof/ceiling leaked directly on our bed. The bathroom is in dire need of updating, mold on the tiles . No staff to be found!!!! Our advice; look elsewhere!

Overall ok, but depending on floor/room

Overall stay was ok, location is super, close to city center and from tram stations. Studio is good comfort, with large bed and sofas. On the negative side, heating system did not work during day, and barely heating at night in my room (16), despite being on full mode. Also, a fire alarm was running out of battery on the 3rd floor, so bipping every minute. I told the clerk on my first day, being answered that this would be taken care of. Nothing happened, I sent a message via the application to ask for battery change to stop the bipping. Still no answer to this day, so it bipped for minimum 4 days, from Saturday to Tuesday

Unfortunately we didn't get the room like it was advertised. There is No lift.. if you are carrying big luggages, you have to think about it!. Not clean enough. We found plates were dirty. Noisy from the electric appliances. Hot water ran out . Sufficient for just one person. I would advise them to put some kitchen towels and bathroom caddy and fill toiletries please. It is advertised like service apartment! Only positive thing is the location!

Great aprtment - lovely staff.

The apartment was very spacious and inviting. it had an uplifting feel to it. the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. they booked tours and stired luggage and were just generally lovely.

Lovely easy walk to centre, quiet location. Apartment 2 was nice and spacious. Kitchen provided equipment that covered breakfast and drinks. No real light if the sliding bedroom door was shut. Spacious bedrooms. Comfy beds, great shower. Staff very helpful and booked a taxi to and from the airport. Could do with a welcome book in the room with local info in would be nice.

Very mediocre place

Check in was poorly done, if I hadn’t called we would have been outside the building for hours. You need roaming and that’s not stated before. Bed such bad quality as pillows. Hot water run out after two showers.

Posizione ottima, con qualche pecca.

Posizione ottima. Sono stati molto gentili e ci hanno fatto fare il check-in prima del previsto e abbiamo lasciato i bagagli lì in attesa di poter entrare nella camera. La formula del residence non consente purtroppo di avere grandi comunicazioni con l'host. La stanza era pulita e grande e dava su una strada silenziosa. Ci aspettavamo anche un lavandino e un fornello nell'angolo cottura, ma c'erano solo un frigo, un forno a microonde e un bollitore (molto sporco) e ciò ci ha limitato molto. Inoltre, per tre giorni abbiamo dovuto usare gli stessi asciugamani dato che nessuno li ha mai cambiati né ci ha chiesto se volevamo che li cambiassero.

Rauhallinen huoneisto lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta. Siisti ja tilava, 6 ihmistä olisi mahtunut hyvin. Astioita vähän ja pieni keittiö, joten soveltuu lähinnä aamu/iltapalaan. Ei hissiä, yksi kylpyhuone ainoastaan.

Zentrumsnah, gutes Frühstück. Appartment leicht abgewohnt, obwohl man den Eindruck hatte, dass es noch gar nicht ganz fertig ist, da überall Kabel aus den Wänden hingen. Küche ist recht spartanisch eingerichtet, etwas mehr Küchentücher und Trockentücher wären nicht schlecht. Personal nett, aber nicht so gut informiert. Eres musste erst nachgefragt werden, ob wir Frühstück inklusive haben und am dritten Tag sollte es dann plötzlich nur noch einen Kaffee pro Person geben und es musste wieder nachgefragt werden. A

La habitación que me asignaron era amplia y cómoda Sábanas y toallas en buen estado. Personal súper amable y servicial El sitio queda a 10 minutos caminando de la plaza principal de Cracovia y la conexión con buses y gran es súper buena porque hay paradas a menos de 100 metros Con gusto me volvería a quedar acá

Die Unterkunft war gut grlegen , das war aber auch alles ...Zimmer und Ausstattung enttäuscht, komplett anders wie auf den Bildern, Preise Leistung nicht angemessen für diese Unterkunft, würde es niemandem empfehlen... vor allem weil es nicht sauber war und man musste 2 Tage drum bitten , Handtücher und Toilettenpapier zu bekommen...
