It’s a comfortable and clean accommodation. Main Square is only few steps away. It’s near public transportation as well. The only downside is that there is no lift.

Great location and easy check in. There was a bad smell in the bathroom but it was fine when we kept the bathroom door closed. The photos were a little deceiving. We thought our room was going to be bigger. Overall very happy with our stay.

Couldn’t get a better location. So easy to check in independently. Rooms spotless. Iron was broke but was fixed within a few hours of texting the 24/7 service number. Cannot fault this accommodation for the price. Would recommend and would stay again

Perfect central location!

Awesome little property. We stayed in the back of the property so was nice and quiet. Hotel is all self service so hassle free and very quiet. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Only slight issue was the smell of drains in the bathroom, but nothing too major. Perfect central location!!! Very very good value for money

Great location, needs better communication

Very central location, easy to access and comfortable room albeit a bit small. We had an issue with check in as we didnt recieve any information before we arrived so had no idea how to get into the building as the door has a code - luckily someone else staying was able to help us contact reception when we were stuck outside. It was frustrating that we were told we should have had the details already as if we had missed them when in reality the information didnt come through until after 5pm on check in day and we werent given info on where to leave the key etc on checking out

We picked this hotel for its location, and that was amazing. We were in the center of the town square. BUT thats the only plus. The room was TINY and smelled like sewer all day, every day. The room was located on the 5th fl with no elevator. We travelled with small kids and 1 child has a health condition so the stairs really took a toll on him. The room received was not the one on the picture. The room really needs to be updated. The room was not expensive to I understand, but the smell of raw sewage was unacceptable.

Room was clean, tidy, had TV\Fridge\AirCon, also had kettle and tea\coffee making facilities. Downside was the bathroom sink was blocked and took a very long time to drain away. The shower had no hot water either. The tea\coffee only catered for one cup of tea\coffee per person on the first day. Didn't have any more for the rest of the stay. Storage location for luggage was also a 15minute walk away from the apartment\hotel. Automated email for check-in was scary, because you only got the check details an hour before, so you were always nervous about whether they'd come through or not. With my mobile phone battery running low due to using maps to find a) where the the hotel was in the first place, and b) where the the luggage storage was. We had to manage battery life until we finally received check in details.

The rooms here are TINY, the sink smells like sewer, and the room also smells like cigarettes, the drunk people will be loud all night as well. The property was close to the city center and that’s about it

Great Hotel & Great Staff

The hotel is great (a solid 3 star); the room is very comfortable and well appointed; and the staff are great. But the street is a zoo, particularly from Thurs - Sat. Very loud (as in unsleepable loud) which was a shame as it is very central. If you stay out until 0500, it’s perfect; I needed to sleep so . . . Overall a great hotel tho.

Perfect location. Lovely room.

Very well organised in receiving information on where to store bags and actual check in information. Lovely room and bathroom. Very spacious. All usual facilities. Very clean. Location ideal as on the main street between Rynek Glowny and Wawel. If you struggle with stairs then you will struggle with getting to and from the room. A little noisy during the night as on the main street. Both stairs and noise didn't bother me as I knew what I was booking. Would definitely stay here next time I visit this beautiful city.

Nice rooms, warm and clean, excellent location right in the centre of old Krakow. Be aware that this is not a hotel as such; there are no staff on the premises. Most of our trip was great but on one night a load of thugs (presumably guests) entered the hotel at 1.15 in the morning shouting, stomping and banging on the doors trying to wrench them open looking for one of their mates. Fortunately our room door was securely locked and very sturdy. This went on for nearly a hour.

Also tv did not function. Terrible condition and service. During my stay the heater never function. I was freezing, couldn't sleep well also because the bed is in bad condition. Matres damage. Difficult to check in. No proper information. I informed the problems. They promised to send some one to fixed them. Never arrived. My last night, one young person offered around 6 pm to se the problems. He arrived. Found the lost modem for the TV to function. He tried the heater but didn't function that night. I think some reimbursement to me would be important...

Great location, terrible property! Literally 1 minute from the main old town square it was in a fantastic location but the room itself was tiny, as a couple you literally have to get ready 1 at a time otherwise you are just in each others way. There was no lift and we was on the top floor which isn’t a big deal at my age but it would be for anybody with a pram or the elderly. The headboard leather was all damaged, plug in the sink was jammed and the hair drier wasn’t working, oh and the view out of the window isn’t anything to look at. To make it worse there was building works (drilling and hammering etc) next door going on form 8am until 6pm, not great if you’ve had a few late night and you would like to lay in a little. Asked to move room and was told there are non available, which is fair enough but this made for a very very unpleasant experience, I would not book again sorry!
