There was no breakfast in the hotel even though it was mentioned in hotel information. There was a lot wrong information about the hotel. Hotel hasn't updated the information and I booked the hotel based on this wrong information. And hotel did not do anything, hotel blamed other parties from giving me wrong information. But it is always hotels responsibility that there are right information about the hotel and the services avaivable. So I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Un excelente hotel y lo pondré en mi vídeo.

Este hotel merece la puntuación de cinco estrellas, pero me tuvieron ( supongo el hotel entero, por alguna avería) sin A.A. y el calor era asfixiante. Buen hotel, buena comida, céntrico, personal muy amable...(pongan un poco de shampoo en el baño, por favor).

Terrible

No functional air-conditioning when we arrived, got 10% discount, would rather pay 10% extra for air-conditioning. Old hotel, old carpets, smelled terrible all over the hotel. No lift. Overall terrible place to stay even for one night. Felt like cheap hotel for shorter visit.

Étant seule, j'ai logé dans une petite chambre avec lit simple. La chambre était propre ainsi que la salle de bain ! Ma chambre donnait sur la cour des cuisines donc j'avais les odeurs quand la fenêtre était ouverte c'était le petit bémol. Le petit déjeuner est correct, choix salé et sucré. Le point fort est la localisation de l'hôtel ! Tout est quelques minutes (les transports, les restau, la ville) sur le centre principal de Cracovie.

Stayed for 4 nights with breakfast in a single room , which was compact but enough for me . Happy with fridge , tea and coffee available in the room . WiFi was good. Breakfast has plenty of hot and cold choices. The girls on reception were friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant and garden to use . I ate there the first night and was happy with both food and my cocktail. Location was good as you can walk to the center and most places you would want to see. Would stay again .

Przykro mi, ale nie polecam.

Zepsuta klimatyzacja podczas upałów. W telewizji brak polskich kanałów. Bardzo ciasny pokój i malutka łazienka. Słabe śniadania. Jedno gniazdko elektryczne w pokoju. Pokój z widokiem na drugą ścianę, na małe podwórze o charakterze studni. Standard hotelu 2*, w cenie 3*.

Wir hatten schöne Tage im Garden. Die Zimmer waren aufgeräumt, das Bad war sauber, die Betten super. In unserem Zimmer fehlten leider 2 Handtücher , wir haben das gemeldet und am nächsten Tage wurden sie gebracht. Wir waren 5 Tage dort, die Zimmer wurden 2x gereinigt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und ausreichend, das Hotel Restaurant super. Sollte man nutzen. Die Lage super, man ist schnell im Zentrum, überall Kneipen und Bars. Unser Auto haben wir auf einem bewachten Parkplatz abgestellt.ca.12 Euro pro Tag. Super freundliche Leute. Hotelpersonal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Was man verbessern kann: im Treppenhaus Fenster und die Spinnenweben entfernen, ist hoch , aber muss leider gemacht werden, im Speisesaal die Fensterbänke abwischen. Sind Kleinigkeiten. Preis Leistung super. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Hotell centralt i Kraków

Vi var supernöjda med allt på hotellet. God och bra frukost, fanns god mat från food trucks utanför, mycket restauranger, livsmedelsbutiker runt hörnan och 5-10min promenad till torget i Kraków. Det finns inget att klaga på, vi hade det jättebra!

Przyjemny hotel, blisko centrum

Hotel w doskonałej lokalizacji, blisko Starego Rynku, dobry dla przyjeżdżających autem ze względu na pobliski parking strzeżony. Pokoje niezbyt duże,ale dla zwiedzających w zupełności wystarczające zwłaszcza jeśli przyjeżdża się tam głównie spać. Dobre śniadania. Restauracja hotelowa ma ciekawą kartę dań obiadowych. Piękne patio przenosi gościa w atmosferę Włoch. Ogólnie polecam. W tej cenie na prawdę warto.

Great location to old town, Castle and Jewish district for visiting by foot. Plenty of restaurant and cafes around. Breakfast was ok, staff was pleasant and smilling, room was clean and bathroom modern. Quiet hotel, not a noise around. We've asked for 2 bed, one for us, one for our boy, we even got for him not only a bed, but a separate room, great surprise :)

Have just returned from 7 days stay at Garden Palace, fully recommend it for staff help and friendliness, very comfortable beds, great food and position. Only down side is the lack of a lift but there are always staff available to help with suitcases to get up/down stairs. Thank you for a wonderful holiday and see you next year.
