Great position close to the station and old town, Facility very clean. Staff excellent, very helpful and friendly. The only fault was there was no lift only stairs. We were very lucky to have a young male at reception help us up and down from the 2nd floor with our heavy luggage.

Good value for money, very small but clean and about 7 mins walk to the square and old town. We had the breakfast which was 6 set menus you could choose from and it was freshly cooked and very nice and filling. It was what you’d expect for the price.

It was very comfortable, everything in working order... two suggestions--- the shower floor in 212 was slippery, and the second floor occupants were very noisy. But I will return.

Very good location only two minutes walk from the main railway station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lacked ambiance with no space in the reception area. Room was spacious enough but the en-suite felt cramped especially the shower. If I were redoing the interior it would better to enlarge the shower!

Decent hotel in good location
I decided to stay here as it is so close to the Main Station for an early flight the next day. It is also only 10 minutes from the Old Town so the location is excellent. It felt a little impersonal but maybe this is because it is an Aparthotel (which I am not used to). However, my room was nicely furnished, clean, comfortable and spacious. Overall, very good value for a good night’s sleep in a great location.

I was stay for one night. The price is much cheaper than in other hotel.Personal is very friendly and helpful. Location amazing, 3 min from train station and by walk few minutes from Old City. Around many cafe and restaurants. Easy to go to airport ( train is going almost every 30 minuts).

The property is very conveniently located due to its proximity to the railway station. Communication with management is excellent. It is very close to the historical part of the town and to public transportation. It is quiet and clean. An overall great experience.

Convenient. Just half a block from the Krakow Glowny. 10 min walk to Old Town. Lots of places to eat. There is a Turkish place called Efendi, really good and very cheap. No elevator so you carry your luggage.

location was brilliant, close to the large shopping centre and bus/train station and just far enogh outside the old town but closest enoug to comfortably walk. hotel was nice and clean very friendly. helped when i wanted an extra pillow. shower was quick and warm only downside slightly were i thought the room walls were a little thin and occasionally heard traffic (but thats expected) would happil;y stay again

A cheap and cheerful accommodation in a central location with only a short walk to most major attractions. Conveniently located near the station and big mall too. Our double room was really spacious and clean. The walls are paper thin so you can hear what happening next door particularly at night time so you might want to take ear plugs (but with the window closed you couldn’t really hear the traffic etc outside) and the rooms can be really warm on a hot day, but they did supply a large (albeit noisy fan) which was very much appreciated! Irons can be borrowed from reception which was great and there was a fridge in the room.

4 night stay in Krakow
We enjoyed our stay at the Cracow Central Aparthotel! The location was great, about a 10 minute walk to the main old town square and very close to the train and bus station (5-10 min walk away). The staff at the desk are helpful and friendly. The building is older and a bit run down and the rooms are quite small, however, the beds were comfortable and we did not spend much time in the room and it served the purpose we needed it for. The included breakfast is very tasty with good size portions. Just a note that our room was not air conditioned, there is just a large portable fan. The weather was cool while we were there, so it was not really an issue, but it is something to keep in mind during the hotter months. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the hotel is great value for the money!

My room was very quiet and warm with ample storage space. A two door wardrobe with shelves, hangars and a large mirror. Two chairs with a table and two bedside cabinets. Mine was a twin bed. I had a bathroom with an actual bath, shower included, the water heated up quickly, unlike those accursed eco systems where you can have a cup of tea and a sandwich whilst waiting for it to warm up. Ample towels and soap. I had a kettle with two mugs tea and sugar. There was a hair dryer and a large fan for humid days. The room includes a small fridge. This is useful since there is a small grocery shop just across the road. Where you can buy sandwiches, beer, fruit, yogurt, chocolate and such, for in room snacks. I liked the lighting. Some rooms are very dim. The downside was predictable and sad. There is in fact no TV unless you speak Polish. The room had a TV but not a single channel in English. Not even news channels. It had a music channel if you want to spend the whole week listening to music. The rooms are not at all soundproofed. I fell asleep with the TV very quiet in my room, but my neighbour was still disturbed. No hotel parking. Older people may note there is no elevator. I was on the top floor but this was only the second floor. There was a breakfast available at extra charge. But very close, (50 Metre), is Krakow's main shopping mall. I recommend the ice cream shop.
