All sightseeing heritage places are close to reach by foot from this place, even nice pub s and discos are reachable! It’s a good place for sleeping and visiting the old town Don’t expect functional WiFi, different codes we get didn’t fit! Even other guests had the same problems.

Stay well clear of this Hotel!!! Unpleasant odour in room, hairs in beds, bathroom was full of mould and dirty. Sofa in corner of room was filthy and had a bare footprint on it! Couldn’t stay there any longer it was that bad, had to find alternative accommodation. Hotel.com tried to obtain refund for me but owner refused. Absolutely disgusting 😡

I booked this hotel but never got to stay there. The hotel manager gave us an appointment at another location where we were supposed only to pick up a key. However, it turned out that they randomly changed us to that other location without any notice in advance. We were 3 people, but they had prepared beds only for 2, and the room had no heating. As towels, they provided us only hand towels. It was so cold that they would not dry after use. We sent the manager sms messages but they did not reply. Normally, we would have left, but our stay was during a national holiday, and all places in Krakow were fully booked. I am surprised to see that this place is still listed on Expedia. The place was a scam. Please do not book this.

The hotel is not in the same location as listed on Hotels.com. It's a 20 min walk away. I phoned the owner and he didn't think it was an issue and blamed Hotel.com! I contacted Hotel.com but they blamed the hotel. Hotel.com said they couldn't refund me which is a joke when the hotel is in a different location to which was listed on their site! They said they would speak to the owner on my half and then told me he wouldn't talk and was just shouting down the phone at them and was very rude. The location was the main decision behind booking. I'm extremely unhappy with Hotels.com as they left me with no choice but to stay in a hotel that was not what I booked and not suitable. The room itself was extremely basic and only had a single hand towel. There is no WiFi. I contacted the owner and he ignored me on both issues. It was a terrible experience all round
