Staff were very friendly and helpful, there is a convenience store downstairs and it is only 10-15 minutes walk to the Old Town. Room is fine for 3 but would be too cramped for 4 unless two were kids. Sofa bed is comfortable, main bed and bathroom were great.

Perfect base for exploring Krakow. Safe area, safe block. Fantastic 2 floor apartment. Spacious and everything you need. 10 min walk to main square. Coffee shops nearby and small supermarket at bottom of building. Would highly recommend if visiting this country!

Very nice property, very clean, with a huuuuge bath tub and very close to the center of the city. Convenient location and nice people means pleasant stay and wonderful time. Must return!! Highly recommended!

Excellent apartments in a great location.

Our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive until 21:30hrs. Although reception was not manned 24 hours, there was a member of staff on site 24 hours so check in was quick and easy. Our apartment was as we hoped, clean, spacious and very comfortable. There was plenty of information in the welcome pack and we settled in very quickly. The location of the apartment was excellent, a short 15 minute stroll into the “old town”. The apartments have an area in the basement with a sauna, a small exercise area and a shower and toilet. There was also a washer and dryer in this area, which we did not use, but which I assume was for guest use. We will definitely use the apartments again next time we visit Krakow.

We had a ground floor apartment. The floor was dusty. Modern and well equipped. The water pressure in the kitchen sink was poor but I adjusted the valve under the sink. There were no plugs in either the kitchen sink nor bath and I asked at reception on our first day but none were provided. The fitness room has an inclined bike and a cross-trainer, light free-weights and a wall rack. Decent enough digs and 10 mins walk from the Main Square, nice cafes on the way.

Great location in a quiet park of Krakow, a short walk from the main part of town. The apartment was clean, spacious and had all the amenities you would need. I would thoroughly recommend staying here and will definitely come back.

Great base for Krakow

Good central location hotel. Tv didn’t work, safe didn’t work and even though reported didn’t get fixed. Clean and tidy hotel and perfect for what we needed it for.

AMAZING STAY!!!

Great great stay!! My wife and I enjoyed Kraków while staying at this spot, La Belle Epoque. We are definitely coming back! The place is really clean and spacious. The breakfast was the best moment. We were not expecting such thing. It was really nice and tasty. We loved it. My wife couldn't stop talking about it. We are looking forward to come back! We highly recommend the place.

It's a beautiful property but on the third floor there's no elevator. And the most inconvenient is no AC conditioner. It was so hot. So I have to take all my heavy bags upstairs from the third floor.

The residence is great for a quick trip to Krakow. It is within walking distance to the main square ans old town. The building itself looks new and was clean and spacious with good storage space. The pillows were not great and the shower in one of our apartments was not height adjustable. There is no air conditioning either but there were fans available. We stayed in apartment A1 and A32, the latter of which is on the top floor. If you have heavy luggage then you may struggle as there is no lift. We enjoyed our stay at Belle Epoque and would happily stay again.

We had a fabulous stay here and were very pleasantly surprised to see we had been upgraded to a one bedroom apartment . Amazing apartments , very spacious . The receptionist was also brilliant at trying to locate my son’s lost wallet. There is a zabka grocery store directly under the apartments for anything you need . Around an 8-10 minute walk to the old town . The area felt very safe , clean with a couple of cafes on route to the old town . The old thing I would have liked was a few English channels on the tv , even if just world news . You tube is available though and we didn’t spend much time in the room .

Good….but….

This was a perfectly ok stay. The room was as described and very clean. Check in was not via reception as they have limited their hours but self check in. That’s fine. Not what was advertised but the instructions were very clear and ok. The hotel is unfussy and suited our needs but if you are looking for frills then this is not the place for you. The location was excellent. Their is building work opposite which is not their fault but does create some noise. Luggage storage which was important to us was in a corridor rather than secure but there was no issue. These are tough times for the hospitality trade and the Belle Époque is probably suffering like most places. Would recommend with reservations.

Perfect location and beautiful apartment!

The Belle Epoque aparthotel is the perfect base for exploring Krakow! I stayed in apartment 3 which is a superior 1 bed apartment. It had a well equipped kitchen with utensils, pots, a dishwasher and fridge and they had provided washing up liquid, a sponge, a tea towel, dishwasher tablets and tea/coffee/sugar. The bathroom has a large shower and hand soap and shower gel are provided as are hand and bath towels. There was a double sofa bed in the lounge area and twin beds in the bedroom. There was plenty of extra bedding if needed. The apartment block is less than 10 mins walk to the stare miasto and is very easy to get to the centre of town. There is a little shop right next to the apartment entrance which sells everything you will need. All of the tour operators will pick you up from this building so no need to travel elsewhere for collection for day trips etc. my only 2 criticisms would be that the beds were very firm and I didn’t sleep particularly well, the second issue being that the apartment was not cleaned while we were there and there was no mop or broom to clean the floors which had become quite grubby by the end of our stay.
