The accommodation has a very central location, just next to The castle. (It took a few extra minutes to realise it was inside a very small street). Rooms has a decent size. It’s very clean. It has a gym 24/7. The staff is very friendly. Nothing bad to said :)
Did not serve bottled water as promised. The fare for pick up at the airport changed when the cab wanted 120 PLN instead of the 100 that was promised. There is no breakfast. Quite loud squash playing nearby. The room wasn't cleaned during our 3 night stay.
It was clean and the bathroom was equipped well but the hotel was too noisy with all the fitness facilities and no tea or coffee facilities in the room.
It was more like a fitness centre with rooms added not a hotel with fitness available.
The first evening they were playing squash near our room through the night!
Not acceptable.
The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and allowed me to leave my luggage for a few hours on my day of departure.
So to be honest it was literally like a Dream hotel for people that exercise and also travel the gym was fully equipped the rooms were clean they were not super huge but I did not find a large space actually necessary for travel it had everything I wanted and more
Comfortable rooms, very friendly staff and a fantastic location close to all sites and amenities.

The health and fitness facilities looked great and well organised and did not cause any inconvenience to the actual guests.. The buffet breakfast was adequate and was overall was great value for money and the location was perfect for discovering the old town, wawel and Kazimierz.
It was rather loud late at night with people using the Gym amenities, they were plsying squash at midnight when others are trying to sleep. Not great really.
The location is perfect, however the hotel lacks basic facilities. Our room was very small with barely enough room for the bed which was pressed against a wall. It came with the most awkward pillow I’ve ever had to use with no extras. Also a double bed with two single quilts? The air conditioning is only on at night so the room is uncomfortably hot during the day. There isn’t even a cupboard so we had our clothes hanging either on a couple of hooks they provided or in our bags. The breakfast also leaves a lot to be desired. The dining room is tiny and we had to sit in a hallway on a couple of occasions. Limited choice but they keep it well stocked. Overall I wasn’t impressed with the hotel or the room but you can’t argue about that location. 5 minutes from the castle and the river and ten minutes from the main square. We didn’t spend much time in the room except to sleep or to shower/change after being out all day. If you want a decent place to stay just to use as somewhere to sleep then I cant recommend this hotel enough.

Didn't like some towels and old bed dress. Good breakfast
This Hotel is excellent,it is in an ideal place for seeing the castle and other attractions, it is very near to all the transport, which is good for traveling further afield.
My stay was pleasant and walking distance for few minutes to tram station. Several restaurants n shops around the area. The receptionist are very friendly n helpful. A kudos to the receptionist.
The hotel is in a great location but the double bed comes with one pillow and one single cover for 2 people. Staff are friendly we would stop there again
We had a great time at krakow.the hotel was great the only thing i can fault in the room there was no tea or coffee machine which would have been great coming in from the cold.
Very enjoyable stay although next time I would use gym facilities. Great breakfast and staff friendly. Great position for main square and wavel castle as well as great restaurants and cafes. Would definitely stay here again.
Modern,clean, WiFi available,tv also,
Nice and clean bathroom with shower
Breakfast for both vegetarians and carnivores alike, generous,
Location great yet quiet, parking available
Perfect for tourists, also fitness club /squash if you still have the energy after walking about all day
To be honest I was a bit disappointed , the photo on the website and the actually frontage of the hotel is way different. I was expecting to find the hotel in a quiet area but found it tuckedaway down a alley surrounded by tall buildings, the staff were very helpful and very friendly though , and it wasn't far from the centre, I was just disappointed by the surroundings
The staff was very helpful. The location was wonderful and there were many great restaurants nearby. The room was very nice and we enjoyed the breakfast. Since the hotel includes a gym, parking was full a lot in late afternoon/early evening and difficult to find a place. But the staff was great with helping us find people to move their car to give us a place to park.
This was ideally situated for us. Room was fair size clean, staff helpful.
Breakfast was ok if you early as continental bits went but staff would replenish if had any.
Only issue I had was being a light sleeper.
The squash and gym open 24/7. I could hear the balloon hitting wall and trainers squeaking through night. Stood it 2 nights but was so exhausted with all walking we did asked to be moved.
Which they did no qualms but then on roadside.
No English channels on tv.
As we had full itinerary every day after trying amazing restaurants away from main square we just wanted to rest watch tv.
But all in all Poland was amazing
Tiny cramped room, worst bed ever, barely no curtains, noisy, people are playing squash beneath you in the night. The hotel completely stuffed up booking our auschwitz tour which meant we missed a whole day in Warsaw.
All in all this is a nice hotel that's located between the centre and the Jewish Quarter - it is a 2 min walk from the castle. The issue is trying to get some sleep, the pillows are pointless and you have to fold them over and the windows or doors don't block out any noise so it's really loud outside and inside the hotel. My back is killing me from the mattress and I'm only 26!
Excellent stay for four nights at £12.50 pp( £25 for a double room) absolute bargain !!, comfy and very clean rooms, staff all very helpful- booked trips for us and ordered taxis when needed. Breakfast was what you would expect but a good choice and nice fresh bread each day. Can highly recommend the Atlantic.
Very friendly staff great you and show you around and to you room. Breakfast is a cold buffet only, but it was plentiful and appetising. Parking is available but limited but I managed to park each night. Very good gym facilities.

Staff were nice and friendly, room was tiny, breakfast was adequate, slow on refill. Location not bad, quite convenient.
The hotel seemed to be a sideline to their leisure centre. Each morning we had to fetch staff from reception to ask them to top up the breakfast utensils, bowls & food. Our bedroom was small (which I can live with) but no wardrobe, no chest of drawers. There was a coat rack with four hooks & 1 coat hanger, so we lived out of the suitcase. The bed was against the wall with no room for manoeuvre which meant I had to crawl in & out from the bottom of the bed.
Rooms had a nice modern styling. Comfortable beds. The hotel itself is located near the heart of the old city, and behind the Wawel Castle. It's a short and lovely walk to the main square as well. The street trolley run right by, as well if you need it. They had a nice breakfast spread in the morning, to. Our only issue was the drainage in the shower was not so good. After about 5 minutes, you were in ankle deep water.
This hotel is set back from the road through a courtyard and is actually part of a sports centre with a large Gym which is inclusive in the price. I wasn't aware of this before arrival so did not have any sports kit with me. The included continental breakfast buffet was very good. My room was clean and modern, and although I was travelling alone, I was in a double room on the ground floor. The bedding was adequate for me although the quilt was more like a single than a double, and had the wife been with me we may have had an issue with this. The main thing I that made me give this just an OK rating was the noise from the adjoining rooms. The doors were frequently slamming, and the walls were not very soundproofed. Overall, other than the noise it was a great stay.
