"This hotel is amazing. Brand new renovated. It’s lovely. Super clean and fresh. Great location. Train station is a 3 minute walk. We booked this hotel for our Disney trip. Literally jump on the train and it’s 48 minutes to the park. Highly recommend it. Grocery store close by. Walking distance to the popular temple there. Staff were amazing. "

It made our vacation so enjoyable and it's located in the heart of Asakusa, making it convenient to travel to the Sensoji temple and shopping. The amenities are so wonderful and I truly enjoyed their onsen. I will miss staying here and hope to come back again when I visit Japan."

"I do not recommend this hotel. Motorcycle access is strictly forbidden, not even for unloading luggage, and no information is provided about parking nearby. The rooms are very small, the bakery doesn't open until 9 AM, and the staff is unfriendly. For the same price, the Richmond Hotel, just 150 meters away, is much nicer."

"The hotel is in a great location for that part of Tokyo. Easy walk to the temple and the kitchen market and the vibrant nightlife. The staff, however, was not friendly at all, in fact, they were pretty rude and this was not our experience anywhere else in Japan. They charged us extra for getting out of the room just 20 minutes after checkout time even though I had told them at the front desk we were late getting back because streets were blocked for a big festival and we would hurry up to our room and bring everything down quickly. The lobby was very small, smelled horrible, and was packed with tons of luggage for travelers who needed to leave their bags before they caught a ride to the airport. While that is a great service to offer, it made for a very crowded stressful lobby. We would come back to this area, but we would not stay in this hotel again."
