가성비 좋은 숙소

건물 자체는 노후됐지만, 안에는 깨끗합니다. 솔직히 홍콩 로컬이다 생각하니 나쁘지 않았어요. 다만 제가 머물렀던 방은 창문이 없어서 환기가 안되서 그거하나 불편했어요. 뭐 창문을 열어도 바깥공기가 좋지않아서 비슷했겠지만요. 대신에 환풍기를 24시간 풀가동 했었습니다. mtr역 바로 앞에있고 숙소 근처에 편의점, 매닝스, 웰컴마트 등 편의시설 다있고 24시간하는 식당 등도 있어서 머무는 동안 불편한거 하나도 없었어요. 룸에 돼지코도 구비되어 있습니다. 청소도 매일 깨끗하게 해줘서 좋았어요. 아 체크인시에 프론트가 따로 없어서 전화하고 가야하는 불편함이 있어요. 그리고 방음도 잘되는 편은 아닙니다. 그래도 홍콩에서 이 위치에 가성비는 충분히 한다고 생각해요.

チェックインが一番大変、あとは快適

香港の宿泊は初めてでした。 雑居ビルの一区画にあるとは全く思ってもみなかったので、油麻地駅からたどり着くまでに非常に難儀しました（出口の目の前にあるのに！）。 設備面での限界はあるものの（3つ星ホテルとはどうみても言えません）、清掃などは非常にきっちりしており、オーナーさんの誠意を感じます。ステイ自体は快適でした。 入り方： 油麻地駅出口Cより出て、すぐに見える卓悦(Bonjour)の入っている雑居ビル「麗星大廈」の入り口へ入る。佳麗賓館(Kei Lai Hotel)の看板が目立ち、本当にここで合っているのか不安になるが、よく見ると屋企旅舎(Ukkei Inn)の看板も出ている。 入ったらしばらく進んで左手、郵便ボックスの向かいにエレベーターホールがある。ロックがかかっているので、なんとかして開けてもらう（エレベーターホールには管理人が常駐しているので、たぶん開けてもらえる）。 エレベータから10階へ行くと、Ukkei Innの入り口がある。ここもロックがかかっているので、こちらも電話をして開けてもらい、ルームキーを受け取る。 なお、チェックアウトの際はキーをそのままフロントにおいて出てくれば良いとのこと。

油麻地駅や空港からのバス停のすぐ近くで便利な場所にありましたが、ビル入口にはホテルの看板がかかっておらず少し迷いました。 また、夜中の到着時はエレベーターホールの扉に鍵がかかっていたため、奥の階段で3階まで上りそこからエレベーターで10階まで昇りました。 専用バスルームとありますが、正面を向いたままでは座る事ができないくらい狭いトイレと手洗場の間にシャワーヘッドがかかっているだけです。 室内も驚くほど狭く、写真でみる清潔感もありません。 チェックアウト時は出発したかった時間には従業員がどこにもおらずにチェックアウトができませんでした。 しばらく部屋でどうしようか悩んでいたら外で物音がしたので慌てて出ると、やっと次の従業員が出勤してきたようでした。

Nice budget hotel

A nice budget hotel located in the mid of everything. Subway is just beside the building and plenty of local restaurants nearby. The room is small but very clean. If you just want a room to sleep, this is a better choice.

Good for short stay and walking distance to MTR

It is only suitable for short stay but not for Long stay. Lucky I was only staying for a night. Room was comfortable because of good working condition of the aircon but the toilet and washing area is really very small. Room is also very small, not enough space if u have any big luggages. Walking distance fr the MTR and surrounding have alot of shops for eating and shopping

房東服務很好，都會樂意解答你的問題 如果只要睡覺而已，這絕對很可以 但隔音有點差，隔壁的聲音聽得很清楚 廁所有點小，洗手盆也會相對的水 洗臉時動作不能太大 我住的那間花灑固定器壞掉了，要用手拿著洗澡
