Great property. Still feels new as only opened in December 2023. Rooms are a decent size for Kowloon. Great location near TST and TST East MTR station. Bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever had. Price point was significantly better than comparable luxury hotels. Only downside is no pool but we did know that and it wasn’t an issue for us. We will be back.

Lovely oasis in busy TST

Excellent little oasis away from the bustle of TST. We also love the cocktails from Avoca - the way they introduce local tastes to traditional favorites. Yum! Excellent and attentive service from professionals. We love our stay there.

I’ve stay at this hotel approximately a half dozen time. Mostly when it was The Hotel Panorama. The update to the Modrian is very nice though I miss the lounge and the buffet style breakfast.
