"It’s a good hotel. The main gripe I have is that they seem to routinely have parties/events in their courtyard on weekend evenings which are incredibly loud and go on until midnight. The idea that a hotel is fine with hosting loud parties at the expense of their guests who booked courtyard facing rooms is pretty off putting to me. I’d probably return to this hotel if I could book one of their outward facing rooms, as everything about the room itself was great. Always bring earplugs folks. "

"Our family of 4 stayed in a suite for 4 nights, the room is very big and nice. Kids love it, of course the price is there. Two things I don’t like, the shower room door bottom leaking . And at last day we found a cockroach near the door, that’s ready disgusting."

"Very clean room. Room size is decent base on this price. Two things for the bathroom which have some design issue. No saddle bathroom floor to prevent water leaking to the hotel room. Also the faucet comes with sensor which is not good design. "

"Excellent location with it being connected to a large mall and also next to metro station. Walkable distance to many restaurants and also staff was amazing! Very efficient and helped with our luggage and storage. "

"We had a great stay for one night. Requested a room with a view and was not disappointed. The view was amazing but the room was also spacious and clean. Breakfast was disappointing. It was very busy and crowded and the buffet items could use an upgrade. Regardless, would definitely stay here again. "

"Absolutely horrendous beddings, bathroom, and air conditioning. For a 5 stars hotel I expect a whole lot better. I literally have to book another hotel in the middle of my first night here because I couldn't sleep on this god awful mattress. They also gave me a twin bed too when I specifically asked for a king bed. Staff unwilling to compromise or even consider a partial refund. Well, that's cool, ur just losing my business from now on. "

"Master chef Ma was amazing. The breakfast was the best. The room had a very bad smoky smell. Staff should have assess the room before allowing patrons to use it. "
