I found this hotel through the review process and it was 100% correct. The facilities, and service is excellent. The staff are the most friendly and helpful that you could find. If you are looking for transport do not hesitate to use the tour deal located near reception. This is another helpful service and very reasonably priced. Airport transfers are available. I recently had the pleasure of spending three nights at the Taj West End. It is a splendid heritage hotel set in quiet beautiful gardens. It is well located in the centre of Bengalaru. The rooms are very well appointed, and the staff are excellent. I particularly enjoyed the afternoon and evening refreshments provided in the Taj Club Lounge. I booked airport transfers through the hotel and was very impressed and grateful for the Concierge service that is provided at the Airport.
