"Since the floors of the hotel are situated on floors 26-30, most rooms have a great view. The theme is 19th century English I believe so it’s quite unique in that manner. I would opt for the breakfast buffet as it’s large and covers both western and Japanese cuisines."

As for the staffs they were all knowledgeable ,courteous and accomodating as to our needs. The 24hrs onsite gym has well stock modern equiptments...no waiting. The hotel is in the heart of Dotonburi,Osaka castle and many shopping and historical sites. I will most definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. I will return to this hotel again next year."

"I stayed in this hotel whenever I visit Osaka in the past 15 years. The location is excellant. Staff are nice and helpful. Since the renovation this year, the price has been raised by 50% I believe. Cannot afford it and have to look for somewhere more affordable."
