"施設全体のお手入れがとても行き届いていました。お部屋も広々、清掃もバッチリでした。アメニティーも豊富ですし、ロビーでのコーヒーマシーンでの飲み物サー ビスもありとても良かったです。忙しい旅程だったので朝食付きにしました。和食、洋食が選べて（事前に）、こちらも大満足。一つ残念に思ったのは、ランドリーサービスがあるのですが、とても混んでおり、夜遅くまで待ったのですが、洗濯機に空きがなく、早朝に行ったのですが、夜中にやりっぱなしで放置してるお客さんが洗濯機２台とも占領しており、フロントに言いましたが、自分達は関与できないとのこと。洗濯機使用時、個人でPINナンバーを決めて、洗濯機の開閉を行うため、開けられないとのこと。注意書きは書いてあるものの、実際、こういうお客さんがいるので、終わったらすぐに次の人が使用できるような工夫をホテル側にしてほしいです。"

"This property worked great for our 8 member family. The property is separated into 3 levels. We could hear street traffic at night. Be sure to ask the host for the GPS coordinates. The host responded very quickly and were very helpful. We loved our time in Kamakura."

"Great location and easy check in. Everything was perfect minus the weird smell of bathroom (perhaps cleaned with old rags). The beds were comfortable and there was just enough space. Really enjoyed this stay"
