"Very well situated near Kyoto station. Friendly and welcoming staff. My room was larger than expected. Clean and well kept. Added bonus of free tea and ice cream in the restaurant area all afternoon and a glass of beer or wine in the evening."

"The hotel was in a great location near Kyomizu-dera temple and other sites and adjacent to little quaint and traditional side streets. The guest laundry was a great amenity. The breakfast buffet was out of this world. Staff was pleasant and professional. The lobby coffee shop was super cool and even had a DJ spinning one morning. The room was lovely and modern. Nothing negative about this place!"

"Overall, very nice and convenient location. Negative on the part how luggage can be left, even though staying multiple times. I stayed for 4days and had to travel so asked the hotel to see if they would hold my luggage for a couple of days since I would be staying with them upon returning. However they would only stow your luggage for the day before you can check-in."

"We travel as a small group. The rooms were clean but a bit of moldy smell. However the dehumidifier was in the room so it was helpful. Great breakfast and coffee is available all day and night. The hotel was a bit far from main attractions. The staff was very nice and helpful and big plus laundry room in the building and across the street"
