Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

The villa was unavailable.

We booked and paid for a villa. No response from the owner but VRBO assured us it was fine. On the way to the airport at BKK to fly to samui we obtained the host’s phone number. He knew nothing about the booking so we had nowhere to stay. Had to book an expensive hotel then book another villa with another company. Shocking service. Outrageous situation. Formal complaint will be on its way.
