Beautiful villa with 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, king size beds, with 2 private bathrooms. Large fitted kitchen (microwave, gas hob, extractor, fridge ...), and lounge / dining room with television, fiber optic wifi, safe. Very well located in a quiet coconut grove 1 km from the most beautiful beach of Lamai by scooter, (10 min by foot), secure parking, under camera. Garden sports.
Are available: 20 meter swimming pool with jacuzzi, gym, billiards, table tennis, table football ...
Ideal for 2 couples or family with 2 children. easy access, cleaning included twice a week. Water on free borehole and electricity consumption extra (7 bath kw / h)

Dieses Objekt ist nicht zur Miete. Wir hatten Streß und das Geld war weg. Wir haben dann den Vermieter getroffen und das meiste Geld bekommen. Der Rest fehlt noch von der Agentur. Ich werde zu Hause meinen Anwalt einschalten

Eine wirklich superschöne grosse Villa mit einem riesigen Pool. Der Vermieter ist absolut hilfsbereit, jederzeit ansprechbar und und hilft sofort, falls mal etwas nicht funktionieren sollte. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder. Merci Merci Merci.

Fantastique séjour

Quelle découverte!!! Outre le fait que la propriété correspond largement au descriptif, il faut ajouter l'accueil chaleureux du propriétaire et de sa compagne venus nous chercher à l'aéroport, sa disponibilité pour nous conseiller dans nos sorties et nous accompagner personnellement à la découverte de cette île. Le plaisir d'une grande piscine et d'un jardin luxuriant bref, tout pour faire de ce séjour un souvenir inoubliable.
