Great hotel to stay in Lamai area

Decent hotel
Rooms were clean and a good size,wifi good and staff helpful. Downside was we had a less than average with no power and cold water. When we asked for it to be looked at we had hot water for 1 shower before it returned to cold. In the end we just made do. The pool is nearly all shaded so not ideal if you arelooking to sunbathe all day. Close to some good restaurant's and bars

Clean place and friendly staff in the heart of lam
The hotel is in the heart of Lamai. It is 30 min taxi ride from airport and harbour (transfer to koh tao and koh phangan). Hotel can organize a transfer on request (150 bhat/person to harbour). There is seven eleven grocery store and pharmacy at 100 m walking distance. The breakfast offered is slightly expensive for Thai standards but excellent if you are bored of eating Thai. The hotel can organize a bike for you (250 bhat/24 hours usage). You don't need to keep your passport as a deposit unlike any other bike rental shop in Samui. The sunday street food market in and main shopping street can be reached by foot in 10-15 min. The hotel is clean with a very friendly staff. The rooms are quiet, although I must mention our room was in the corner and at backside. It is worth the price.

Clean spacious hotel with good price.
We enjoy very much staying in Crystal Lamai Hotel, clean and spacious room. It is located near the market place and walking dstance to Wkkend Market bazaar.The only setback is overhead shower which is old style. swimming pool is good size. Price is right . No hair dryer in the room and must request from the reception.

Value for money. Quit new hotel. Friendly staff. Free breakfast. Away, but not to far away, from all the tourist madness. Beds are a bit to the hard side.

More quiet place neaar Lamai
A nice place and decent rooms but no restaurant on-site, only morning breakfast. Pool was nice, gym quite small. Location is a little far out.

Virtually new hotel everything still works.
Good new hotel. Big room Good bed shower nice bathroom .I rented scooter to get to beach no problem too far to walk only transport taxi 200 VS. Swimming pool nice fitness room and spa reasonable. Definitely worth a stay price is within limits...

Nice new place slightly off track close amenities.
Really nice new hotel everything in new working condition pool is nice as well.The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are comfortable the shower worked well lots of room to move inside. This Hotei is 30 minute walk(10 minute by scooter) to main drag beach area however the rented scooter was handy to get around didn't see any bicycles around and it's 200 BA for taxi one way to Lamai Beach.

Great pool but up a hill!!!!
A very good pool but no towels available while we were there maybe because this is serviced apartments not a hotel. Parking is almost non existent and no lifts available for people with little strength. Remember this is not a hotel.

Superb hotel in Lami
This is an excellent boutique hotel only a short distance from Lami beach and the local bars (easy 5 - 10 min walk). The hotel rooms are superb with a nice pool area and also benefits from a small gym (cardio only). The staff are all very friendly and helpful with lots of smiling faces. If you want to be away from the hustle and bustle but have easy access to all that Lami offers this is a great choice.

Lovely relaxing e perience
Was pleasantly surprised to find this almost hidden gem! We had a really relaxing time at this new hotel, enjoying sipping drinks and sunbathing by the swimming pool and keeping fit in the small gym. Also being really close to anything one might need, but at the same time being located in a very quiet spot, made it an ideal place to come back to at the end of the day and finally rest. Overall a lovely experience that we would like to repeat in the soon future.

Everything was good, but the lounge service was awful. They initially asked for 600 THB for late-checkout, but when asked another staff, 500 THB was enough. What did the first guy want to use for 100THB? Worse, Late-checkout was at 4:30 pm, but they woke me up at 4:30 am and asked me to check out. How can I do "late"-checkout at 4:30 "am"? Furthermore, they did not even apologize. One reason for choosing this hotel was that there was a fitness center, but there was no single dumbbell. It's only a five minute walk to the 'Ultra Bodies Fitness Gym', so you're better off using it.

Top Budget Hotel auf Samui
Alles super. Natürlich Abstriche im Komfort und in 3 Wochen ist 2 x der Pool gekippt Zimmer ist aber funktional, zweckmäßig und sauber. Jederzeit wieder wenn es nicht zu teuer sein soll

Albergo nuovo con uno staff gentile e sempre sorridente. Molto pulite sia le zone comuni che la stanza. Da consigliare a chi, come me, ama un soggiorno tranquillo e rilassante. Adatto a famiglie con bambini.

Hôtel tout neuf avec une propreté irréprochable. La chambre est spacieuse, la piscine très agréable et le service excellent. L'hôtel n'est pas dans le centre même de Lamai, mais il suffit d'une dizaine de minutes à pieds pour s'y rendre. La chambre manque cependant un peu de décoration car elle est assez froide. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter la prochaine fois !

Toller Aufenthalt!
Sehr saubere und neue Hotelanlage. Auch die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet (Kingsize-Bett ist wirklich riesig). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Der Fitnessbereich ist sehr klein (3 Geräte), aber in einem guten Zustand- wenn auch die direkte Lage zum Pool nicht ganz geschickt gewählt wurde, da bei der Benutzung des Laufbands dieses dort (am Pool) zu hören ist. Viele Essensmöglichkeiten und Supermärkte um die Ecke. Der Lamai Beach ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein kurzer weitere Strandspaziergang (30 Minuten) führt zu der "Sehenswürdigkeit" Grandpa & Grandma-Rock. Der Silver Beach ist in 30 Fußminuten zu erreichen. Der Aufenthalt im Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen und aus unserer vorerst geplanten einen Übernachtung wurden drei. Wir empfehlen das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter!

Heerlijk hotel
Wij hebben met veel plezier hier verbleven. Het personeel was super vriendelijk, en wouden je overal mee helpen. De kamers zijn ruim opgezet en super schoon. Het hotel heeft een fijn zwembad en is dicht bij de zee. Ook hebben wij via het hotel scooters gehuurd. Ook dit waren nette, zo goed als nieuwe scooters. De locatie van het hotel was ook top! Dichtbij eetgelegenheden en het centrum van Lamai Beach. Top hotel!

Das Crystal Lamai Hotel wirkt sehr modern und besitzt einen guten Swimmingpool mit ausreichend Schattenplätzen. Um den achtminütigen Strandweg anzutreten, muss jedoch eine extrem vielbefahrene Straße überquert werden.

Lækker luksus til en god pris
Fantastisk hotel i gå afstand til strand, marked, restauranter mm Hvis man kan undvære havudsigt er dette hotel et af de bedste jeg har boet på til prisen. Super senge, store værelser, lækre badeværelser og supersødt personale. Standard morgenmad med toast, frugt, kaffe og juice. Ellers skønt marked 5 min derfra.

Virkelig lækker luksus til pengene.
Super lækkert hotel med dejlig store værelser. Boede på 2 sammenhængende værelser med udsigt til pool og bjerge. I gå afstand fra by og strand. Meget sødt og hjælpsomt personale. Simpel morgenmad med toast, kaffe, juice og frugt. Meget stille om aftenen. Ville helt sikkert bo her igen.

Bon hôtels on attend pas plus d’un 3etoiles. Chambre spacieuse et très propre. Cependant, très bruyante le matin ! Construction juste à côté de la chambre, vraiment pas top pour des vacances ! Au bout de 3jours nous avons demander s’il etait possible de changer de chambre tant s’était insupportable, on nous a proposer la même chambre à l’étage avec balcon. Alors que nous avions payer plus cher pour être au rez-de-chaussé avec jardin ! Nous avons refuser. En compensation ? Rien, déçu du service. La clim est très mal positionner, difficile de dormir soit trop froid soit trop chaud . La localisation est top et la literie correct. Salle de bain propre tout est ok sauf la superficie trop petite et aucun rangement ou étagères pour poser sa trousse de toilette .

Das Hotel ist super und sehr modern. Leider war der Strandabschnitt am Lamai Beach sehr dreckig. Viel Müll und Hundekot. Zum Glück haben wir den Silver Beach gefunden, allerdings wird man dann auf der Rückfahrt von Taxifahrern abgezockt und zu Fuß ist es zu weit. Nette Restaurants sind in der Nähe.

На Ламаи отличный отель.
Отличный тихий уютный новый отель. Есть все необходимое, также отель предоставляет минимальный завтрак, хотя при бронировании заврака не было, если бы добавили бы омлет и кашу, был бы полноценный завтрак, сейчас, кофе-чай, тосты с маслом и вареньем, бананы, арбуз, 3 вида сока. Уборка каждый день, полотенца на пляж тоже предоставляются. Есть массаж, но не пробовали, цена в отеле выше чем в салонах. Есть спорт зал, рекомендую добавить зеркала, весы и парочку гантелей, а в номер несколько тарелок. В общем отель оставил приятные впечатления. Рекомендую.

Très bon hotel
Très bon hotel, légèrement reculé du centre de Lamai (moins de 5min en scooter). Hotel très propre, grande piscine, petit déjeuner compris dans le prix, peu diversifié mais agréable. Nous avons loué un scooter sur place sans problème. Excellent rapport qualité prix.
