Fantastic place to stay!!!! Super comfy rooms, heaps of room to spread out, comfortable bed, tv, free wifi, full size fridge and freezer, hot plate, sink, table and chair, lots of power points and usb points near the bed. Quiet rooms. Loved the bar, coffee shop in the hotel. Good office area, massive lobby with heaps of comfy couches. Friendly and helpful staff. Free shuttle to the airport. Lots of street food, 7-11 and Lotus supermarket within 1 minutes walk away

Always a great stay at the Chatrium Riverside. Must have stayed at this hotel 20 plus times over the last 10 years. Never fails to impress. Staff always welcoming and happy to see me.

Even the hotel wasn’t located in close proximity to the monorail. The well-organised transportation made no difference to other hotels located just on steps from the BTS . Great spa and pool , service , breakfast with ongoing free coffee and tea at lobby

Good location with great views. Easy access to transport and hotspots. Food in and around was very good. Prices are fair. Rooms are very comfy and clean.

Comfy bed, beautiful roof top bar, pool and gym facilities, day spa provided excellent massages. Buffet breakfast ok. A very enjoyable stay

Easy access to Don Meaung airport and had a really good value buffet breakfast.

Beautiful new hotel, however they did not upgrade us for VIP because Expedia had not emailed them it was VIP booking! So that was disappointing from Expedia !

Great pool, sauna and gym. Breakfast also of the highest quality.

Cleaned rooms. Staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet was really good, and staff responsible for that was great, especially for kids. Great large outdoor pool and area.

A few things have changed since I was last here, but change is good and the place is looking even better. Great facilities, great rooms, amazing breakfast and the location is the best. Thanks for helping make my birthday special. See you again real soon.

Exceptional property and service

We loved our stay. All staff are wonderful and ensure we felt welcome and looked after. Such a fabulous hotel in the best location possible we could walk everywhere, shopping centre attached for convenience and access to train from internal escalater. Food outstanding.

This hotel was in the best location and such value for money. Walk to the Grand Palace, quick Grab/Taxi to Icon Siam and the surrounding streets were so interesting to walk around and explore. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, the pool was great and the location was on a smaller quieter street with heaps of food trucks to choose from and only one street from Khaosan Road (although a bit full on, you can still find somewhere nice and relaxing).
