"Location was excellent, close to many convenient stores, restaurants and bus/train station. The room itself was very clean, spacious and had all the amenities. Very very good value for the price "

"This place was amazing! The directions to get to it were so well thought out by the host, we were initially worried, but the host made it so easy! The place is in a great location. Very clean, safe, and close to the metro. I am so glad I booked this place and would recommend it to anyone! "

"There was a family mart and 7-11 within walking distance. Easy access to two train stations. Also close to a steak house open in the evenings. It was easy to access, a great size for families and a safe location."

"The place was nice and enough room for 7 of us. Location was great as it was near train station, couple of 7-eleven, Lawson and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and would comeback again. Communication was clear and fast as well."

"AC control not in room so cannot set temperature.
Staff struggling to understand non Japanese speakers and time poor with many people with questions.
Room not clean and facilities poor. Smell of cigarettes permeated the room on a non smoking floor.
Our party cancelled and left accommodation."
"Godzilla is their attraction. Near to lots of resto and the famous Don Quixote..Its funny but we always get lost going back to our hotel and the people does not seem to know our hotel. Its a big city- too crowded."
"Everything was excellent, can't really complain. Elevators were quite busy I suppose, but it was also Sakura season, busiest time of the year. I really enjoyed the location, in fact it was tucked just east of the major congestion areas, right next door to a massive arena (got to see Japan wrestling), and connected with a 2 minute walk to Ryogoku station - it was actually quite nice. Highly recommend if you want a spot where you can get anywhere quick, and also calm and tucked in a calm city area. Also, lots of food choices nearby tucked into Ryogoku's south side - loved it. "
"Main tower where we stayed is older but immaculate. Rooms could use some modernizing. Bed was not super comfortable but useable. Was in a great location, across street from metro, and had a thousand amenities from restaurants, 7-11, and a bowling alley on site. Self service coin laundry was enormous and immaculate. Never tried buffet for breakfast as line was 30 mins+ every day. Rate was really good. Would stay again - no hesitation. "
"This property is beautiful and it's right down the street from the subway system to get you everywhere in the city! Definitely a golden ticket location ๐ฅ๐"

8/10 Good
"We had club lounge access and they didnโt have Coke Zero which is the only drink I drink apart from water. At breakfast there is no bread and no toast. As it is used by a lot of international travellers it wouldnโt be hard to supply these things. As a 5* it should definitely have a smart tv in the room, we had the choice of 7 Japanese channels. Could not get our Netflix account. It advertises as having a pool but you have to pay extra for that. Room was nice, clean with a nice bathroom. Fitted bed sheets need upgrading as rough and cheap feeling. "
