5月に利用させていただき、リピしました。立地も最適で目的地へのアクセスが徒歩圏内で最後です。高知城、朝市、ひろめ市場、屋台安兵衛、いちヤ等々満喫しました、感謝です、ありがとうございます。

築年数は経っていますが、きれいに管理されていて、ロケーションも抜群で、とても良かったです。今度は、ひと月位滞在してみたいです。 ちょっと気になったのは、チェックイン時に、お風呂の下水の匂いがひどかったです。換気扇を回し続けると翌朝には抜けていました。 冷蔵庫に製氷室があるとなお良いと思います。

初めて民泊を利用しました

初めて民泊を利用しました。感想は民泊ありだな！と思います。 使わせていただいたところは日曜市にも行きやすく、ひろめ市場へも歩いて10分くらい、高知城も徒歩でいけます。繁華街なので11時くらいでも道から声は聞こえますが、ただよ酔っぱらいの人の声です。 宿舎の前にコインパーキングがあり、確か朝から夜まで400円、夜間600円くらいだったと思います｡チェックインギリギリまで滞在すると朝からの駐車場料金がかかるので気になる人は早めにでるか、観光するかにしておきましょう。朝の高知城は意外にに楽しめました。 家族で使わせてもらい、アメニティも充実していますし、タオルやお布団も匂いなど全くなく、清潔感がありました。 また高知にいくなら必ずここを利用します！
