"Everything keeps in the brand standard it suppose to be. Large and cozy room and nice view. Close to train station. One drawback is the room decoration amd facilites such as a/c control is outdated, renovation and refurbishment are definitely in needed."

"Courteous staff member able to check us in very late after a concert which was very nice. Very spacious room with lots of activities if needed, a shame we only went there to rest our heads in Kobe! Place seems like a blast!"

"Great hotel. The room was nice but nothing too special. Big bathroom. Staff is super friendly! Self check in was easy but the staff helped out anyways. Shopping district is directly across the street and only a few minutes walk from the station. Tons of stores and shops and restaurants. The hotel has a restaurant as well but didn’t try it. Looked good though. I would recommend staying here if you want to be as close as possible to the action without it being too busy in front of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again. "

"This was possibly THE BEST hotel experience we have ever had. I visoted with my Dad and we decided just to have one night in Kobe. Because of this hotel, we wished it was more. The lady at the reception desk was lovely and even though she wasn't able to speak English fluently, she was extremely patient, kind and explained as much as she could using her translation device. The hotel and the room smelled amazing and looked beautiful, we had complementary drinks in the foyer, breakfast was included for us and was brought to the room. It was just stunning, we have never had such a beautiful room. The room had everything we could have needed and more and it was less than a 10 min walk to the train station. We walked to the hotel at 11:30pm and didn't feel in danger at all. Thank you so much for such a lovely experience"
