This has been my favourite resort I've stayed so far in my life. What a wonderful place. The staff are onto everything! I can't fault this place. I enjoyed every moment of my stay and I would come back. We were luckily upgraded to a private plunge pool villa atop the hill with an amazing view. We absolutely loved our stay at tree villas one of the best from our thailand holiday The staff was so friendly and helpful Eco friendly villa Was quiet island so we enjoyed Also because this island was only accessible by boat. They organised for us pick up service from Phuket airport and drop of service to hotel in Phuket back and the it was all organised well They explained to us all the amenities at the villa and free tours to go to khai pak island and we did snorkeling there was good....

We loved this place. Went on our honeymoon and were looking for a quiet location. It was perfect. The staff and service is the best and friendliest we've ever experienced. The spa was glorious! Tubkaak deserves 5 stars.

Everything was perfect!

If you want genuine luxury beside the beach in a private gated resort then this is for you. It's expensive but one of those once in a lifetime indulgences you should enjoy for honeymoon or new relationship! I recommend the Reserve Villas if in the budget and Beet the butler is brilliant. I will go back but with the correct girl next time :)

A beautiful resort in the heart of Krabi. Lovely swim-up pool bar with plenty of loungers and yummy 2-for-1 happy hour cocktails. The buffet breakfast was superb!! This place was the perfect way to start my Thailand adventure. I recommend taking a longboat to Railay West for the day. You can book just down on the corner near the beach. My only negative is that the bed was very hard. You may be able to request a soft bed when booking.

Excellent stay from start to finish. The resort arranged airport transfers that were super affordable: $30 Australian per person for 90 min transfer (Phuket airport to speedboat, speedboat to Koh Yao Yai island, then car ride to resort). The staff were so kind. Example: one of the 8 days we were staying at the resort I was unwell (typical travel bug/upset tummy). What an amazing villa in a beautiful quiet part of Phuket. We only stayed one night but wish we had of stayed many more. It was very quiet, with no traffic noise, very clean and comfortable with a beautiful kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. Lots of storage for anyone staying long term, air conditioning and fans worked fabulously. Oh I can't forget the incredible bath and pool area. Perfect for families or friends travelling together. Fabulous facilities and activities to keep you occupied. Although outside the main area of Krabi, this is perfect for anyone looking for luxury and minimal disturbance. 4 islands and Hong island tours very close and street food and area a small distance to walk. Loved my stay here with the exception of the pillows. Highly recommended.

This is everything you could want from a 5-star hotel and resort. The staff are fabulous, genuinely interested in your wellbeing, and will go out of their way to help you. Of particular mention is Bastian Bellweg the Executive Chef. He and his staff in all 4 restaurants are simply marvellous and will cater for all your dietary needs if the varied menus don't suit you. Staff were outstanding. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay.

We could not rate this place highly enough. Justin and the rest of the staff were so kind and helpful. They worked so hard to make our wedding day and the rest of the trip special. Nothing was a hassle for them and they always had a smile on their faces. Thank you for a wonderful trip!
