The bathroom toilet was wobbly, and losing water constantly. The beds were way too high since they were held by a makeshift base. Very dangerous for a person of typical height.

Whole property was dirty and not well taken care of. There was water damage in the room, the TV did not work properly, the AC did not function properly and I found hairs on the bed linens. The area around the hotel was very rough, would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Truly southern hospitality at its best!! My son was in the hospital. Betty and Jennifer went above and beyond to help me during my extended stay. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Knoxville.

We did not even stay. We chose to loose money. Only thing good was the super helpful front desk woman. Card key machine did not work so they had to let people into their rooms. Rooms smelled. Couch and floors are gross!

This stay served our road trip purpose, but was not all we hoped for. Wanted hot tub, water was lukewarm and jets didnt work. Our room was stuffy when we arrived and the hide-a-bed our son had to use was old, noisy and uncomfortable.
