"Very nice hotel near the airport. It was easy to catch a bus back to the airport, which is the main reason I chose to stay there. Room was very nice, bed was very comfortable. We had dinner in the bar downstairs and enjoyed the comfy seats after a day of traveling."

"This hotel was a great choice as the location is excellent—just 10 minutes from Terminal 2, which made travel super convenient. The rooms were modern, clean, comfortable, and well set up for a smooth stay. The amenities were a big highlight, especially having two in-house restaurants with great food choices and a fantastic buffet breakfast to start the day. On top of that, the staff were incredibly friendly and warm, making it an overall great experience."

"The hotel is very close to Heathrow Airport which was nice. There was an underground train station right across the street (Piccadilly Line) which took you right to the airport or into London. It was very convenient and made it easy getting around. The staff were very nice and helpful. They responded to requests and concerns promptly. The buffet breakfast (included in our room rate) was good and included a decent selection of hot and cold selections. The restaurant was nice. However, the menu is highly skewed towards Indian food which is not a favorite of ours so we only ate there once in our 10 day stay. The pool is heated and nice. Again, however, it should have ratings going down the stairs for people who are a little unsteady on their feet or have mobility issues (like me). The same goes for the jacuzzi. There are no hand rails to hold onto. Only the steam room was working during our visit but it was fine. The hotel is good, the location is good, all the staff our great, the room was clean and we would probably stay there again because of the location. Also, there is a grocery store close (Tesco) and a Subway as well as on old pub, The Green Man."

"Lovely hotel. Clean and spacious room. The only two downsides were: - Room not well sound insulated so you can hear people getting back to their rooms in the evening. - The airport is about 7 mins' drive from the airport, which is fine but if you book a taxi at reception, they charge around £25, so you need to factor that into the cost."
