As we were on public transport we would have appreciated the offer of paying a bit extra for towels as they tend to take up a lot of room in luggage. Mark was excellent at keeping in touch with us. answering any queries. Supplies of cutlery, crockery and utensils were excellent. Sea views were wonderful. Plenty of chairs for sitting out. Luxurious showers. The only area that needed a bit more care was the area around the kitchen sink.But we were all retired nurses!"
