The lovingly maintained holiday home offers sufficient space for families, friends or small groups over two floors on 300 m² of living space. With six cosy bedrooms - all with their own washbasin - it combines privacy and a warm togetherness. It provides space for up to 12 adults.
Note: The house is exclusively rented as a complete unit. Booking individual rooms or partial areas is not possible.
The wood-panelled parlour with a cosy seating area in the light-flooded bay window invites you to sociable evenings. In the separate kitchen with high-quality equipment and a large dining table, cooking together becomes an experience. After an active day, you can relax in the house's own sauna in the basement.
ENVIRONMENT:
Located in a quiet, yet central location, the town centre of Klösterle is only 150 m away. There, you will find a well-stocked SPAR and the popular Albrechts "Bread Workshop" - perfect for buying fresh rolls in the morning.
In winter, the surroundings transform into a true snow sports paradise. The Sonnenkopf family ski area is just 3 km away - with good snow conditions, it is even possible to ski down to within 300 m of the house.
And thanks to the ski bus stop just a 5-minute walk away, you can be in Austria's largest connected ski area in just a few minutes: St. Anton, St. Christoph, Lech, Zürs, Stuben and Warth/Schröcken - a true paradise for winter sports enthusiasts!
In summer, the surrounding forests, hiking and biking trails, mountain lakes and alpine pastures invite you to relaxing nature experiences and active days in clear mountain air. Just a few minutes' walk away is the Almwasserpark Klösterle - an idyllic natural bathing lake with a sunbathing lawn and play area, ideal for cooling off and relaxing on hot summer days.

Sehr sauber, groß und unkompliziert.
Alle Schlafzimmer sind nahezu identisch. Die Schlafzimmer im OG sind etwas größer. Moderne Küche mit gemütlicher Sitzecke und Stühlen, wo 10 Personen gleichzeitig frühstücken können. Schöne, kleine Sauna im Keller.
Schöne Sitzecke im Wohnzimmer, super um gemeinsam zu sitzen oder Spiele zu spielen. Mit ruhigen Gewissen absolut weiterzuempfehlen. Bus-Haltestelle fussläufig in 3-5 Minuten zu erreichen. Alles sehr sauber. Top.
Mehr Seife in den Badezimmern und Toiletten. Schade das man keine Wohnzimmer-Couch als solches hat. Die Raumaufteilung gibt es aber leider nicht her.

Wir waren 12 Pesonen im Skiurlaub und fühlten uns in dem Haus sehr wohl. Sehr schöne Zimmer, gut ausgestattete Küche und nette Sauna.
