"Our stay was disappointing overall. The beds were extremely firm and uncomfortable, which made it very difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The lighting in the room was also poorly designed, leaving the space feeling either too dark or awkwardly lit rather than comfortable. There was also a constant noise throughout the night that we couldn’t identify, but it was loud enough to be disruptive and made sleeping difficult."
