Okay but can to better w/some attention to detail

The lobby, bar and restaurant were clean and orderly. Our room carpet was filthy, the shower enclosure leaked everywhere. There is only 1 outlet next to the bed located on one side only.

The hotel is a good solution for a quick night outside Zagreb. Only thing to consider before booking is the early check out (10.00 am)

Poor value for money.

I would never stay at this hotel again. The site promised an airport shuttle. There was none. Grab bar in the tub was pulling out of yhe wall. This is dangerous. No amenities in the bathroom.

This hotel was a booking I regretted. The location was fairly convenient but a) you could not set a temperature in the room. It was up or down but no set temp and we had to have staff reset it. B) we could not set the deadbolt and it looked like someone had previously pried the door open. We did not feel safe because of this. I could barely sleep for worry about our safety. Earlier in the day we found that someone had wedged the side door for the floor open. We removed the wedge.

Great staff but rooms aren’t great.

The staff was great and very helpful. Unfortunately the rooms weren’t great. The carpets are stained and we had to switch rooms because of cigarette smoke from another room coming into our room. In the other room we switched to, there was a problem with ants.

The room was basic and clean. There were no amenities, the air conditioning was broken. The breakfast was good but the employees were talking loudly. I would look for another hotel close by the airport.
