The breakfast has an amazing selection of options. The location is great lots of restaurants and sights within a 2 min walk. Their parking lot is very close to the hotel. Finally the staff are very helpfull they are fluent in English.

Perfect place to stay in Zagreb! Right in the middle of the bustling center. Very clean hotel, yummy hotel breakfast with a large selection of pastries, baked goods, drinks, and hot & cold foods. Very nice and helpful staff. Would stay here again! I’m walking distance of the cathedral, restaurants, bars, and shops.

The hotel is centrally located where you can just walk to restaurants and shopping places. Close to the bus and train stations as well. Umbrellas were provided for the rain…small details like this really helped. Breakfast was good…had several choices. Surprisingly…loud music was played during the night on the weekends.

Loved the central location; so easy to see the tourist attractions. Staff were very friendly. Was disappointed with the lack of available powerpoints to charge phones,etc. The choice was to disconnect lights to enable chargers to be connected.

The hotel is situated right in the centre of everything. You are a mere few minutes walk from several notable and historic places. Perfect hotel for old town Zagreb. And breakfast is included, which serves a multitude of options. You can't be disappointed. We loved our stay.

Was given a room on the 6th floor looking over the front of the hotel . Unfortunately at night there was loud music audible so I kindly asked to switch rooms to the opposite side of the hotel which the kind lady at reception arranged. Both rooms were fine , clean , powerful shower in spacious bathroom. Beds were firm and the air con was perfect. Fridge in the rooms and lots of wardrobe space. Breakfast was good, lots of choice , all the staff I spoke to were friendly and spoke good English. Voucher for a free soft drink on arrival from the bar. Location is perfect, just around the corner from the main square where trams take you to all parts of Zagreb . Lots of bars and cafes nearby too.

This hotel is located in the sweet spot of the central city square. It is within walking distance of the main sights. It is a great location for trams to access the rest of the city. Excellent location!!

Room was too warm in August. We asked them to reduce the temperature, but they did not. No sheet on the bed, only a comforter. Previous guest trash were not fully removed from the room Good breakfast. Good location.
