If you want a break from the crowded touristy areas of Zanzibar; I highly recommend Treetop. Just be aware that off property it’s a distance to find restaurants or proper markets. But Treetop is so good for a quiet restful stay in Zanzibar. It’s also very close to Jozani Forest which is a major attraction for nature and wildlife "

Fantastic turn down service and benefits at the hotel - they’ve got a low cost Tuk-tuk on site and buggy to the beach for free. Very good WiFi. Really nice hotel restaurant with a range of breakfast options that are well tied to the wellness theme. Good location that’s close to hotspots like Maalum and a 30min drive to Salaam Cave. 24/7 security. "

"Our best experience ever, my wife and I had our honeymoon for a full week here before heading to greece. The safari, the sand dune, snorkling and star fish diving was the best experience by this resort. I highly reccomend 10/10. You wont refret it at all"

"Absolutely serene with breathtaking views. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of local fruits and vegetables to enjoy. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are cleaned twice daily; however, this is when money went missing from our bedside during the evening service. Unfortunately, this can happen if valuables are left out. I believe having notice boards reminding guests to be vigilant would be helpful. "
