Staff was very friendly and check in and out was easy. The pool and hot tub was down while we were there. The rooms were outdated, the pull out bed was super uncomfortable, very thin and all you could feel was the springs.

Pool and hot tub down indefinitely. Third party booking companies probably are not aware of this. Carpets worn and not truly clean; area under bed and behind couch not cleaned/vacuumed; ceiling water leak into waste basket in breakfast area (hole in ceiling looked old). Is understood times are difficult to improve or maintain properties. Staff is wonderful.

We loved our stay, the room was very clean. The beds were very comfortable to sleep in. I loved that the room had a balcony. And the breakfast excellent. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Next time that I'm in Lincoln City, Oregon I will be staying there again. Until next time!!! If you have young kids ask for a room on the top floor otherwise it gets very noisy with upstairs guests walking around. Also the pool is lacking in towels so make sure the shelf is stocked before you get in. Otherwise the stay was fine and the staff is very nice.

Breakfast was fresh and hot each morning, the chili in the evening was a surprise. My grandson and I ate it both nights during our stay.Starr we are very nice and gave service great friendly service. Haven’t Ben home a week yet and my grandson wants to know when we can come there again.

We are regulars at this hotel. Our dog Smokey gets so excited when we pull up. Very short walk across the street and there’s the beach. Staff has always been friendly. Breakfast is what most hotels offer these days, and it’s enough to get your day started. The pool is nice and indoors, sadly, the jacuzzi wasn’t working this time. They also offer either a soup or chili in the evening, which is a nice treat. The only down side can be parking. We left to go to the casino in the evening, and by the time we got back, it was all the hard spots to pull in. It can be very tight.
