Room was clean and a good price. Just what we needed for a night to see a concert in town. The guys at the front desk are very nice & my deposit was returned promptly. Parking is included and lots of space. Will be back whenever I’m in Hamilton.
The staff was amazing, Ken was really friendly and helpful. The room was extremely clean. The atmosphere of the whole place was very queit and relaxing. The price was great. I would definitely stay here again and recommend others to stay here also.

The staff were very nice! We had no problem checking in/out, but we would kindly recommend that you have feminine hygiene products as amenities, and maybe some water in the fridge. We had to order these things separately. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Overall solid experience.
The safety was phenomenal. I could even leave the door unlocked if I wanted to and not worry about it. The bed was comfortable, and the staff really looked after the place.
Nice stay at the Haven Inn. Room was nice and clean. Friendly helpful service and a great safe secure place to hang your hat in Dundas. Next tome I visit, I'll choose The Haven Inn. Thanks - IM

It was good. The lady on the night shift handled everything and helped me when I needed the heat fixed. The stay was pleasant. An economic, clean, safe motel. It was quiet and close to McMaster, which was the whole point.
Staff was nice at check in, upgraded room from queen size to king size with no extra charge. The room was tidy, looked appealing, and smelled fresh, had adjustable heating in both room and bathroom. Just wish there was a bit more closet space to hang clothes other than hanger on front door. Overall great experience

Everything is nice and close so it’s easy to go get things in a pinch, check in was simple and easy
The property is in a safe area and provides cleaning on a daily basis. Besides the no visiting rule that I feel gets ignored, I have no complaints.

Room was dated, but clean. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Easy parking right in front of our unit. TV was a bit difficult to operate. Could use more pillows of different densities.
